Overall. an enjoyable stay.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable, and both the room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of choices. The reception and bar/restaurant staff provided excellent and efficient customer service throughout our stay. We did experience an issue with a blocked sink in our room, but maintenance attended promptly and made every effort to resolve it.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the sink issue was not fully resolved, as the water continued to drain very slowly. In addition, we were unable to get hot water for our shower. Although this was reported, it remained unresolved, and we had to take cold showers.
Our room was also very hot due to the warm weather. Although a cooling system was provided, it did not keep the room cool and it was uncomfortable. We stayed at the hotel to attend a wedding anniversary celebration, where complimentary parking was provided for guests. It would have been helpful if reception staff had informed us of this, as we paid for overnight parking unnecessarily.

On arrival I was told that I could not park in the car park, the staff did not ask me if I was a guest I had to explain
Pros:

I did not like the property at all. The only good thing about the property was the Regency Suite used for Weddings.

Cons:

The Older staff members require staff training. Dust on extraction fan in bathroom full with dust. Carpet stains and no AC in room. Was provided with a table fan. Complimentary water provided should be chilled particularly in the summer months.

Not suitable for heatwaves!
Pros:

The location of the hotel was good! Easy access to buses to then get trains to central London.

Cons:

The room was uncomfortably warm in a heatwave as no air conditioning. The towel heater in the bathroom had been put on full prior to our arrival so the room felt like an oven.
The fire alarm went off multiple times in the middle of the night of our first night with no updates regarding this.

1 hours Check out late was 20 £? Come on. The room didnt have the AC.
Pros:

In Thr Hot London, I dont like the jnavaiilibility of the AC of the room. But at least, there is a fan.

The room was clean and comfortable, but unfortunately our stay was very disappointing.

The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning, which we were unaware of before arrival. The room was unbearably hot, making it almost impossible to sleep. We requested an additional fan but were told none were available.

The shower was also difficult to operate and we couldn't get it working properly until the following morning. Reception did not answer our calls during the night when we needed assistance.

In addition, the lift was being used to move decorations and equipment, and the corridors were cluttered with items, making access difficult. This was particularly inconvenient as my partner has knee problems and struggles with stairs.

Overall, the lack of comfort, poor support from staff, and maintenance issues significantly impacted our stay. We have had much better experiences at budget hotels.

Great location for visiting family and friend, excellent staff and customer serivce.
Pros:

The staff were excellent, dealt with an issue we had and offered a solution straight away.

Cons:

Breakfast was a little poor quality, food in general could be better. FOr eg my mum ordered a pannini and it was very sparse on ingredients dry adn wihtout salad.. not a plate of food just a dry piece of bread with very little chicken inside put on a plate, and no real knowledge of chilrens food, chips were covered in salt.. when asked to change it seemed liek a bissar request
