Super hotel. Thank you
Pros:

Great service for this stay. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to help with arrangements which was impressive when it was so busy with events. They really looked after our group.

Cons:

Room was a little cool at night and others were too hot apparently. But rooms were spotlessly clean so thank you.

I made do.
Pros:

The location was perfect for me. The bathroom was nice. The room was huge. The room (suite) had air con.

Cons:

I booked a suite for 2 nights for the night before my wedding and the night of my wedding. The room was huge but had minimal natural light (one very small window in the whole room) which also means no views of the garden etc, had moths (I assume in the carpet) which I didn't want to take back home, and with other events / weddings was very noisy. Had people stomping, running, talking in the corridors from 5.30am!! The staff were nonchalant and made it clear that was because I booked through a third party. When you book direct parking is included but we are charged £10 per night. It doesn't make me wanna stay there again whether Bia a third party or direct to be honest.

A great hotel providing a reasonable price for luxury quality
Pros:

The plug did not hold the water in the sink. When i tried to shave i had to keep the tap water running - this is a waste of water and needs attention. Breakfast was lovely; great choice and the buffet style was ideal after a heavy night of drinking and the long journey home.
The bed was so comfortable i slept really well.

As mentioned above - the plug did not hold the water in the sink so i had to use a running tap to shave and therefore it wasted a lot of water. This needs attention.

Cons:

They asked me for payment before and after my stay, even though I paid in days in advance and therefore owed nothing. Felt a bit unprofessional and unnecessary for the customer

Big room, comfy bed

Cons:

Charge you to park on site, don’t. You can park right outside on the main road for free. Check in staff was rude and not welcoming. No plug for the bath so can only use the shower.
