All very good: super helpful and friendly employees, quiet and clean rooms - everything ok!

Cons:

I liked everything :) Just a hint: coming from England, I got used to water boilers in the hotel rooms. It would be helpful - especially during cold days - to bed able to make oneself a tea in the room :)
Maybe the light could be installed in such a way, to be able to use it for reading

Besides the Bathroom door mishap, we all enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Good location and near train station.

Cons:

My friend was in room 302.
She went for a shower and the bathroom door would not open afterwards!!
She was stuck in there for 5 hours!
She didn’t bring her phone in there and no way of contacting anyone.
We all knocked on her door to hear her shouting.
We got her door passcode at reception and it took all one gentleman’s strength to pull open the door to get her out.
The staff member fobbed her off and said oh it’s easy to open the door.
They did replace the lock and door arm the next day. But not a great experience for her.

Cons:

The rooms are small and minimal. The bathroom was up a step and felt like it was part of the bedroom rather than a separate room it was odd.
