The receptionist are not friendly and not very helpful. When you ask something they lady was making a face and when we ask her she is not very helpful especially we are tourist.

Personnel très gentil on a passer un très bon séjour
출장지가 라데팡스 근처라서 라데팡스나 개선문 근처는 가격이 너무 비싸서 적당한 가격의 위치를 가진 호텔을 찾았습니다. 어짜피 숙식만 해서 크게 비싼 호텔 보다는 저가의 호텔을 찾았습니다.
아침 조식은 괜찮은 편이었고 방에는 쓰레기통과 금고 물 같은 기본 제공품은 아에 없었으니 참고 하세요
위치는 다소 조금 아쉬운 위치었는데 라데팡스 까지는 걸어서 약 40분 가량 소요 되고 개선문 근처까지도 걸어서는 40-50분 가량 소요 됩니다. 다만 우버를 부르면 대략 14-15유로 정도 나오니 크게 부담 스러운 위치는 아니었습니다.
Très bonne expérience. 5 nuits passées pour un déplacement professionnel. Hôtel calme, sécurisé, propre, personnel sérieux, Petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité.
L'hôtel se situe à une vingtaine de minutes à pied de la défense.
Séjour convenable dommage que pour ce prix il n'y a pas de bouteille d'eau dans la chambre
Voyage avec des amis. Nous avons été très satisfaits de cet hôtel (nous sommes dans un Ibis). J'ai passé 25 ans de ma vie dans des Mercure. Je ne peux donc pas prétendre à une prestation similaire. Toutefois, le personnel est extrêmement sympathique (bien mieux que dans certains Accor de haute catégorie), Bravo à eux ! Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, rien à redire. Le parking est à un prix plus que raisonnable, bravo encore. J'y retournerai à l'occasion, bien qu'un peu éloigné de l'Aréna...
