Pros:

Awesome Staff- Very helpful. Cookies were delicious! Room was big, clean and comfy! Oh and the pool/hot tub warm and kids loved it!

Nice place to stay. We will stay there again next time we visit.
Pros:

The jacuzzi was nice, the cookies at the front counter, the daily coffee and breakfast service, the friendly staff!

Cons:

When we arrived around 9 pm, no one was at the front counter. We called the office, rang the bell and took around 15 minutes before someone came to the front desk to help us. We were a bit worried at that point.

I would stay there again.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Cookies!

Cons:

Ruined my first cup of coffee with half & half that was a lump instead of liquid. Not a big deal, easily fixable.

Overall decent stay. Receptionist upon departure was very kind and friendly.
Pros:

The location was great for what we were looking for. We came to town for a Pella School event and it was very close to the school. I also enjoyed the hot tub and pool.

Cons:

The beds in the room were quite uncomfortable. The chair was also stained and dirty looking. The tvs in the hotel were extremely old and could hardly get the remote to work. I highly recommend upgrading to fire tvs so guests can log into Netflix and/or other apps. There were also ants in the sauna. Receptionist upon arrival was also not very friendly or helpful. I could tell she did not want to be there.
