Dissapointing
Pros:

Rooms are clean

Cons:

Booking.com states you get minibar credits each day - there are no minibars (haven’t been since pre-COVID apparently). There’s also no tea/coffee in the room and this is only available in the foyer in the morning.

No matter what both my son and I were very comfortable so we will be back!

Great Hotel
Pros:

Charms at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, assisting with nearly all of my request. The room was comfortable and well maintained. I had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning nex time I am in town.

Clean comfortable room, excellent location and friendly staff!
Pros:

I’ve stayed at Hotel Zetta 3 times based on its location and price. The room decor is a bit dated and it would be helpful to update rooms to provide more electrical plugs but the bed and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Comfortable room with basic amenities. The staff were very friendly, attentive and accommodating.

Pros:

Hotel Zetta is a great SF base - unbeatable SoMa location and the game room is such a fun touch.

But what really made it special was the front desk team. I believe her name was Sharleen (apologies if I'm getting it wrong!) - she was incredibly warm, gave us great local tips, and we even got chatting about her daughter Ellie.

When our NYC flight got cancelled she jumped in and helped us sort out new arrangements, which was a lifesaver. That personal touch is everything. Will absolutely be back.

One small note: the room only had one chair at the desk, which made it tricky when two of us needed to take work calls. Would love to see a second chair option for business travelers.
