Great stay - exceptionally clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Clean and very comfortable. Close to transport

Cons:

I’d have liked tea and coffee facilities in the room. They bought a coffee maker when we asked (which was excellent!) but it’d be good to have them in both rooms.

Honestly, this is one of the bettwr hotel I ha e stayed at in San Francisco. The room felt very much like a little apartment. There were little wear and tear signs in the room like scratches on the floor or dings on the drawers but that didnt really bother me because the room felt clean. The floors seemed really clean like they actually get mopped on a regular basis. The desks dresser and counters were all spotless. The bathroom was very well maintained and the shower was nice. It had a dual shower head so two people could fit and be comfortable. Water pressure was great and felt so nice after a full day of walking the city. The bed was not the most comfortable. That was really my biggest downside about this hotel. They were ok. We were able to get clean sheets whenever we requested. The parking situation is not nearly as bad as everyone made it seem. There is a specific space on the street for the valet and all you have to do is park in that area and you will be just fine. Overall I would absolutely stay here again and appreciated how helpful staff was. We even door dashed ice cream to the hotel at midnight and it was no problem. It really had everything for a great price. Our room was very quiet as well. There was a bit of a gap under the door but we just put a towel down to block the extra light and it was just fine.

Cons:

The area is a little shady but definitely not the worst. I wish the beds were a little more comfortable.

Best in SF
Pros:

Hotel Zetta San Francisco sets the standard for exceptional hospitality. The service was truly the best I’ve ever experienced at a hotel—every member of the team, specifically LV. From the valet to the concierge, just fast, attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The room was spotless and beautiful. What more can you ask for that.

Always a great stay here! Lyka at the front desk is always so welcoming and goes above and beyond to assist us during our stay, making everything feel so comfortable. The service, rooms, and overall value are unmatched compared to other hotels we've stayed at. This will always be our go-to hotel whenever we're in San Francisco!

tutto ok tranne i costi veramente eccessivi , in particolare quelli del parcheggio : tra prezzo base piu' le tasse americane e varie , tra un po' costa quanto la camera. Si approfittano del fatto che San Francisco e' stracolma di gente e si fa fatica a piazzare l'auto

Cons:

cercherei di essere un po' piu' economico sugli extra. Dopo cena abbiamo preso una bottiglia d'acqua al bar che e' costata 10 dollari : improponibile !

Great hotel for being in the location it is.
Pros:

Even though it was in the city, it was quiet. I didn’t hear anything during the night.

Cons:

The property doesn’t have enough parking in the front to leave your car so that the valet employees take it to park. The hotel front entrance is in a busy city street and is hard to park your car in front of the hotel.

Wonderful Place to stay
Pros:

This hotel property did not disappoint in customer service. Lyka and Rico who checked us in had outstanding service. Rooms were pretty great, as well. Great location and drinks from the bar were also good, not to mention that they have happy hour.

Good coffee good location
Pros:

Great location, stayed for a week. Really enjoy the coffee, specially barista Kriz, great service, great coffee. Definitely will come back
