Friendly smiles and coffee go a long way!!!
Pros:

Everyone at this hotel has been very nice, its located in a good location and I love the generous attention to my morning Grab & Go Breakfast I received from Geoff my Barista. Coffee was delicious and he was very kind as well.

Nice, clean, and a great location
Pros:

Hotel was great! Very nice lobby with games, and the room had nice natural light, comfy bed, and a big desk. Close to the subway for convenient travel around the city. Geoff the barista was super kind, and if you opt to not have your room cleaned every night, you’ll get a $10 coupon each day to use for breakfast! One downside is that I found the WiFi disconnected somewhat often (or maybe it’s just my laptop), which made working from the hotel a little tricky.

Pros:

I had a great stay at Hotel Zetta. Front desk Charm was helpful and got me a corner room. It was clean and comfortable.I liked that they have water stations on every floor. A fitness center and a fun play area. I'd definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Great overall stay. Great location, clean and quiet rooms. Charm at the front desk was kind and welcoming, greeting guests with warm smile. The rest of the staff were great. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for great service and a comfortable stay.

Pros:

The staff at the hotel were super kind and friendly. The front desk staff were able to accommodate me when I arrived in early and I didn’t have to wait for a room. And the best part off stay was the included breakfast each morning. Geoff the barista always had a sunny attitude, was quick with making orders and paid great attention to detail — even remembering my order but day 3 of my stay. Would definitely recommend. 💕

My room was clean and had a peloton. Lobby was well designed, very unique. They have play-area with pinball machines and pool tables.

I booked a room for my birthday and the service recived was truly a gift. Rico helped us out and even upgraded my room because it was my birthday, and he personally ensured we had the best time. 10/10 stay, I will be coming back.

Really nice hotel
Pros:

The Hotel is in great location, rooms are very nice, clean and beautiful, and the lobby is very modern. The have playarea, and a fitness center. Great customer service. Charm at the front desk made my stay special. I would definitely stay again in the future!
