Great location and hotel for a stay in Mendoza
Pros:

I like the breakfast with a good selection of options. We could order different type of eggs and go over the buffet and select whatever we liked it.

Cons:

Sink in the bathroom did not drain well, shower need to be careful since it was slippery marble. I complained about the sink but never knew if they fixed it or not, maybe the water after a long time went down.

Boa estadia em ótima localização.
Pros:

Hotel muito bem localizado. Confortável. Café da manhã excelente. Bom atendimento da equipe. Conexão com cassino do Hotel.

Cons:

Os preços do bar/restaurante muito fora do padrão de Mendoza. Os quartos são muito fechados, dependendo do ar condicionado. Academia bem simples.

Bom Hotel, mas custo-benefício insatisfatório e estrutura que precisa de melhorias.
Pros:

Excelente localização. Quartos amplos. Café da manhã excelente. A estrutura geral é muito boa.

Cons:

O custo-benefício deixa a desejar. Os quartos precisam de melhorias, os banheiros apresentam problemas nas torneiras, pias e chuveiro e a televisão não funciona adequadamente. Considerando o valor cobrado pela hospedagem, acredito que o hotel deveria oferecer uma estrutura mais moderna, melhor manutenção e maior qualidade nos serviços. A experiência ficou abaixo das expectativas.

Ótimo lugar para ficar em Mendoza!
Pros:

A localização é perfeita, de frente para a Praça Independência, rodeada de bons restaurantes, da pra fazer tudo a pé, inclusive na frente do hotel é o início do City Tur

5 star prices but 3 star experience
Pros:

Great location and nice breakfast

Cons:

> Check-in asking for security deposit of 100 USD per night, but informing us that it will take up to a month to be refunded back after check-out. We did not plan on incurring any extra charges but they at first insisted on it and only dropped the demand after unnecessary discussion
> Room facing courtyard has limited privacy
> Very loud music first night until 11:30pm due to an event, second night loud noise from next door room. Bad sound isolation
> No 5 star feel due to casino guests, trash left in lobby and inattentive porters

its poor as a 5 star , not the staff but the tired building. really trading on their brand
Pros:

this is a five star hotel from a well known brand. the hotel must have been great at one stage but is a little tired. its not bad but it really isnt 350$ a night in argentina in value.

Cons:

the maintenance of the rooms , its very dated, carpets in hallways are tired, international travelers would expect basics like new plug sockets for phones , ipads etc etc.
