Um dos melhores hotéis para se hospedar em Mendoza pois reúne muitas qualidades em único espaço.
Pros:

Pequeno almoço de ótima qualidade e localização do hotel não poderia ser melhor.
Atendimento na recepção bem como no café da manhã dignos de elogios.

O serviço é excepcional, mas a acomodação deixou a desejar
Pros:

O Hotel é muito grande, a equipe é IMPECÁVEL, mas eu esperava mais da acomodação. O quarto não era tão grande, não havia um espelho no quarto, apenas o da pia do banheiro. Por ser antigo, não tem as comodidades de um hotel 5 estrelas. Já me hospedei no Sheraton Mendoza e achei superior ao Park Hyat pela acomodação.

O quarto e o banheiro poderiam ser melhores para um 5 estrelas.

Excellent location!
Pros:

I think the location was the best feature. The room was also big. Staff were all nice. The concierge was very helpful with reservations to the vineyards. They also arranged a private car with driver for me. I thought the casino in the hotel would bother me but it was located in the back so it didn't affect the overall environment in the lobby.

Cons:

It is high time to renovate the rooms. It isn't bad but for the price I would expect an updated room.
