The location is great and the public facilities are lovely.

Cons:

They charged us $275 USD to do a load of laundry. I don’t even understand that. We have stayed at nice hotels all over the world and I have never seen anything like that. We had a bad experience with the subpar breakfast buffet as well.

Tem um cassino dentro do hotel

Cons:

Os quartos já apresentam sinais de desgaste para o padrão do hotel. No nosso quarto, a porta do banheiro travava no carpete devido ao trilho quebrado, podendo deixar a pessoa presa dentro do banheiro. A mesa de vidro também estava com um canto lascado e acabou causando um machucado.

O Wi-Fi funcionava de forma muito precária, dificultando bastante o trabalho e até mesmo o acesso a sites. O café da manhã era bom, porém pouco variado, com praticamente os mesmos itens todos os dias.

Esses problemas de manutenção e serviços ficaram abaixo do que esperávamos para um hotel desse nível e valores.
