Comfortable, clean and affordable
Pros:

Clean and comfortable. Easy access by bus 77 to Moda Center and on foot to NW 23rd St activities. Free parking.

Hot tub not working.

I had an enjoyable stay. The service was excellent and the staff were consistently warm and welcoming.

Friendly service. Great room.
Pros:

The room was really big. We had a king size bed and a little living room area with a pull out sofa and its own TV.

Cons:

Parking is plentiful but clunky. If you can’t find a place in the main parking lot, you have to park underground, which is preferable, but to get in you have to procure a tag from the front desk and return it after you park. If you know this going in, it’s fine. We didn’t. We drove into the parking lot the wrong way, and someone had to stay with the car in case it was in the way while we checked in.

Foom was dirty,
Toilet had someone else waset clogging it,
Fridge had nasty old food left behind from someone else.
One bed has a pee looking stain on the blanket and we had to ask for a different set so we could change them.

We had a comfortable night's sleep and fantastic breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast was great! The variety was perfect to meet my family's tastes, including hot breakfast, vegetarian options, and grab-and-go choices. There was enough seating too. The 24-hour hot drink service was appreciated.

Cons:

The location was fine, but there wasn't much that we would be able to walk to, including. It was our first time in the city, and for the price, I was hoping for closer proximity to anything.
