Toda a estrutura do hotel, quarto amplo com boa iluminação externa e interna, tomadas, Tvs, Canais, roupa de cama e banho, chuveiro, limpeza, café da manhã, staff super atencioso, desde a recepção até as camareiras, vigia. Tem ponto de taxi em frente, supermercado do lado, farmácias, e muitos bons restaurantes perto. Ficamos 11 dias no total porque meu marido fez uma cirurgia e precisamos ficar em SP, foi muito boa nossa hospedagem, tem uma mini cozinha com microondas. Só senti falta de pratos e talheres, mas não cheguei a pedir, acredito que se eu tivesse pedido teriam nos arrumado. Meu marido precisava caminhar e pudemos fazer isso no 16o andar, com vista ótima da cidade. Usei a lavandeira da OMO que funcionou muito bem, com custo de R$ 32,00 (lavar e secar). Pedi 2 cadeiras no nosso apto e eles prontamente nos trouxeram. Nota 10!!

Location. Moema is a great neighbourhood to stay in São Paulo. Many bars and restaurant nearby, easy to get a taxi/uber, shopping mall nearby, etc. Property is OK. Apartment was clean and generally comfortable.
Breakfast was a bit below expectation. Bed was also not very comfortable. The apartment could do with an update in furniture. And, of course, if you stay in Moema, you have to accept the noise of airplanes, given the short distance to Congonhas airport.

Faltou louças, não foi confortável pedir comida no quarto não tendo louças ali, talheres e tudo mais. Mas no geral foi ótimo

Café da manhã com bastante variedade, instalações ótimas, localização muito boa!
O box do banheiro é pequeno, quadrado, um pouco difícil de entrar e sair.
