Pros:

O pior hotel da minha vida. Foi a primeira vez, em 35 anos de profissão que troco de hotel no meio da hospedagem. Não parece ser um hotel, mas sim um flat que tem moradores e quartos para locação. Não entendo como pode usar a marca Mercure. Fiz uma reserva de três diárias, mas só fiquei uma. O ar condicionado não funciona e fazia um barulho horrível. Pedi para trocar de quarto, mesmo que para uma categoria inferior, mas não consegui.

Cartão do quarto desmagnetiza com facilidade., atrapalhando a vida do hospede decter que voltar a recepção.
