Pros:

Nos alojaron en una habitación que estaba al lado de los ventiladores del hotel, no pudimos dormir del ruido, y era una reserva de paso para viajar al día siguiente. Buscar otras opciones si es posible.

Excellent stay. I would recommend this hotel to others. Good location.
Pros:

The hotel looked very nice inside and out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked the lobby with all the different chairs and tables. I used the large lobby table with chairs for family visits while at the hotel. I liked the outdoor gazebo and patio furniture. Very relaxing areas.

Cons:

Another handle on the bathroom tub so exiting out and into the tub/shower is easier for elderly people. I would have enjoyed the free coffee later in the afternoon. Currently, it is only until 10:00 am.

Clean stay, close to all.
Pros:

Room was very clean. Check in was easy and the lobby had food options.

Cons:

We had breakfast in the lobby. The staff lost our order. Waited over an hour to get our breakfast.
The coffee was terrible. Either too dark or light/dirty water.

Wish had more personal time in the pool instead of trainer screaming countdowns in a small pool . Multiple times. Back to back

Cons:

Stayed there many times in the past when visiting family. Drive from NJ to NC had car issues and missed my reservation and stay. No refund was issued and I basically paid for a home I never used. No response to emails or calls to the property

I had a hard time sleeping.
Pros:

Clean and having the option for a full breakfast was nice.

Cons:

Kids’ baseball team was staying and they were noisy in the lobby area and none of the staff said anything to them. They were running around the hallway on my floor for an hour between 9-10 pm. I had to call the front desk to come talk to them. The AC was noisy.
