The location

Cons:

We couldn't control the air conditioner to the temperature we wanted. At the beginning it was not working and after we asked it was too cold, so we had to call twice so they could change the temperature. Moreover, the bathroom was smelling terrible that even after cleaning it still smelled bad. The rooms are too old, they haven't repaired many things.

Sin wifi en habitación 206, el búnker

Su ubicación cerca de Roma Termini

Cons:

La habitación que nos dieron (206) no tenía wifi, es como un búnker y no llegaba la señal, cuando se lo comenté al personal me dijo que el hotel estaba lleno y no llegaba la señal, eso no tiene que ver con la fuerza de la señal. Al día siguiente mencioné que hace falta un repetidor de señal para esas habitaciones (inversión de 40€) y a la persona que se lo mencioné pareció darle igual. Un hotel sin wifi en pleno 2026 se merece 0 estrellas.
Por otro lado el aire acondicionado es controlado desde la recepción… y mete un ruido del demonio, gracias que estábamos cansadísimos, sino no habría quien duerme allí.
La pintura del baño estaba desconchada y el plato de ducha estaba lleno de placas de pintura, un poco desastre… dejadez del personal

Pessimo! Non si possono ospitare delle persone in piena estate e non avere l aria condizionata nelle camere funzionante.

La posizione, ma solo quello (20 min a piedi dalla stazione)

Cons:

Aria condizionata inesistente! L’accendono ma i condizionatori fanno solo rumore! Sono datati e non funzionanti! Ogni ospite che usciva dalla stanza si lamentava. In piena estate non è possibile starci! Sconsigliatissimo
Poco pulito
Il tubo del lavandino gocciola, per sistemare hanno messo il cestino della spazzatura.
