WONDERFUL.
Pros:

This has become our new favorite hotel in Sioux Falls. For our family function, the outside courtyard and fire place was fantastic. Rooms are oversized and clean. Love the touch of Crabtree and Evelyn products.

Cons:

Breakfast was good but there were times it was empty of food and we had to wait awhile to get things replenished.

Pros:

Updated rooms, clean lobby and breakfast area. Also nice pool/hot tub room that was clean and didn't smell like chlorine...

Cons:

Didn't like the TV selection of networks/stations... would love to have smart TV'S that we can stream our own service provider.

I'd recommend this hotel.
Pros:

I appreciated the Courteous and helpful staff. The room was clean and neat, as were the rest of the facilities. The breakfast was good, and I enjoyed their coffee. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The only problem was the in-room phone did not work to reach the front desk.
