Overall pleasant stay in a well-equipped hotel
Pros:

Basic facilities were available like coffee machine, hot water kettle and a mini fridge, which made our stay very convenient. The food offered at the restaurant was good.

Cons:

The pillow was one of those that sinks deeply once you placed your head on it, which was very uncomfortable. We also had to ask 3 times before an extra duvet was delivered to us.

Un super hotel à 30 mn de Amsterdam
Pros:

Le parking devant l’hotel gratuit, le Bar restaurant super agréable où on mange très bien ainsi que le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet. Chambres spacieuses et personnel très professionnel, je reviendrais

Am Eingangsbereich ein seit Tagen überfüllter Mülleimer wurde nur nach Hinweis geleert
Keine Kleiderhaken für Jacken im Zimmer
kein Kleiderschrank, nur eine zu kleine primitive Kleiderstange für Hosen und Hemden, keine Fächer für Unterwäsche und Hemden usw
Badezimmertür hatte großes Loch durch Kollision mit Eingangstür, schon lange vorhanden
Kein Empfang im TV für angezeigte deutsche Fernsehprogramme; trotz Hinweis konnte/wollte niemand innerhalb von 4 Tagen das TV einstellen
außer Rezeption und Bar kein Management Personal vorhanden
kein 4 Sterne Hotel!!
