De poort van de ondergrondse parkeergarage was gesloten bij het uitchecken. Duurde erg lang voordat deze weer geopend was. Voor ons niet heel erg en goed opgelost door het personeel.

De locatie is prima, we hebben gefietst in en om Alkmaar, onze fietsen konden de parkeergarage, super geregeld, vriendelijk personeel!

Het team was zonder uitzondering erg hulpvaardig. Kleine problemen lossen ze direct voor je op. De bedden zijn uitstekend. Ee hygiene is top ! Het ontbijt luxueus en smakelijk. Dichtbij uutvalswegen en met ov bereikbaar. Gunstige prijs !

Einziger Gepäckwagen defekt, schlechte Auswahl Fernsehprogramme ( kein ARD, ZDF, WDR, CNN etc.). 2 x Stromausfälle am Abend
Prachtig hotel middenin de bossen, netjes en schoon en vriendelijk personeel en een goede keuken. Opladen van je EV is ook op meerdere parkeerplekken direct naast de hotel-ingang mogelijk.

(ontbijt) ik hou persoonlijk niet van algemene potjes jam of pindakaas waar Jan en alleman met hetzelfde mes in loopt te roeren. Dat zou ik dan liever per stuk verpakt hebben. Maar er was verder keuze genoeg.
