Quality Suites Temple I-35

The room was nice and clean. The room was nice and cool but didn’t freeze you out like some places. It appears they are doing some remodeling but tried to keep the mess to a minimum.

The woman at the front desk clearly hates her life. Zero greeting or anything positive to say. Our room was sweltering when we got in it. The bathroom room was filthy. There were little curly hairs everywhere. I had to wipe the bathroom down with a washcloth and the little bar of soap. We also found a French fry and a used qtip in the pull out bed. Would never go back.

Easy check in and check out.

The staff was friendly, but that is the only positive aspect of this hotel. Upon checking in, there was an unpleasant smell that persisted throughout the property. When we entered our room, it was evident that it had previously been broken into. The room felt muggy, and the carpet was wet. It took hours for the air conditioning to cool down the space. Additionally, the bathtub was filthy. I will not stay here again.

Construction work on and around the facility. Room had a moldy smell.

The staff was nice and the front lobby clean, but when I got to the floor my room was on, it was very hot in the hallway. There were tarps on the floor and extension cords running down the hallway.
My room was clean, but light bulbs in two of the lamps were out, the tape and bed joints in the ceiling were coming apart, and the shower head was crusty.

Room was clean, service was good, housekeep attentive. Bed were super hard.

It was a good hotel for the price

The service clerk was not friendly, or cordial. We get to the room and the power strip is unplugged, so the refrigerator was thawed out and hot with a puddle of water inside. The television had no signal. Very different experience compared to the last time i was here. Very disappointed after a very long trio to get here.

Super good. Clean, quiet, spacious parking, next to dining options. This is one of the best Quality Inn I have visited.

The hotel is VERY outdated. First strike was the terrible attitude of front desk staff. Everything in the room was old and outdated. Breakfast was not as advertised.....grab and go stuff.

The property was in a good location but the drapes were dirty, the shower head came off and the toilet didn’t have water so I adjusted the float so it would work

Seemed a little dark in the halls and the bathroom seemed unclean. Rust on the metal.

Very nice hotel. Everything looked new and updated. Carpets were new in hall and room. Breakfast one of the best!

I was placed in handicap room which made some amenities (shower for example) difficult to manage. Room had not been vacuumed. Very few food options and was cash only. Furniture was very scratched and showed signs of heavy wear and tear. The bed was clean and comfortable.

The location is great, close to places we like to go and it’s well lit. The hotel itself was ok, it was a bit dusty and dingy. The breakfast was good and the attendant was nice and hospitable.
