Water was brown asked for refund receptionist said call bookings. Bookings said it’s up to the property. The property denied my refund because I didn’t take another room.
The water was brown when turned on. Did not feel safe or comfortable after.

The stay was uncomfortable due to the loud noise from the guest above and on the same floor making it difficult to rest.

Noisy motorists with loud music, my husband & I were getting off the elevator and saw a gentleman coming out of our room before we could say anything he said I was using the outlet in your room for the vacuum.
Great location around the corner from everything
I know check was at 3pm I arrived a little early around 2:30 to see if I could go ahead and check in .
I could but my request was not accepted once I got there after I had requested nothing higher than the 2nd floor .
Elevator didn’t work, sheets dirty, bathroom door didn’t close
