Zentrale Lage und ruhig

Cons:

Um 12:01 war die Zimmerkarte schon deaktiviert und nach erneuter Freischaltung, um das Gepäck zu holen und das WC nochmals zu benutzen, erhielten wir nach 10 Minuten einen Anruf von der Rezeption, wo wir denn blieben. Das ist für mich kein Service und ich kenne es von anderen Hotels der NH-Kette nicht, sondern genau das Gegenteil!!

Siisti ja moderni hotelli. Erittäin hyvä aamupala.

Cons:

Vastaanoton henkilökunta vaikutti jotenkin epäystävälliseltä verrattuna esimerkiksi ravinton henkilökuntaan, joka oli erittän hymyilevä ja avulias.
Lemmikistä pyydettiin erillinen maksu mutta vastineeksi ei saatu muuta kuin oveen kiinnitettävä lemmikistä kertova lappu.

Zweckmäßiges Hotel mit kühler Atmosphäre
Pros:

Das NH hat eine etwas kühle, sachliche Atmosphäre für Geschäftsleute. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Gute Lage am Rand der Altstadt. Hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Eine Bar mit Selbstbedienungssutomaten wirkte eher abstoßend. Umständliches Verfahren um einen bestimmten Parkplatz zugewiesen zu bekommen.
