Receptionists need more training
Cons:

Receptionist double charged my stay. Asked multiple receptionist across multiple days to ensure my refund -- none of them went through. Took me to call the hotel again the following week to really process the refund. Refund finally came, but due to US/CAD conversion, only got less than what I paid for (not a full refund on my account).

Okay, with some qualifiers.
Pros:

The building is clean, attractive, well-maintained. Breakfast is satisfactory and the room clean and neat. In other locations we've been acknowledged at check-in as rewards members; not here. We didn't know about WIFI, I had to ask. The room was neat and clean, HVAC comfortable, the bed comfortable. We're used to an in-room coffee maker, not here. In even-numbered rooms, road noise all night is very noticeable (loud motorcycles, cars, trucks); ask for an odd-numbered room on the back of the building. Bathroom lights are on motion sensors and will blind you in the middle of the night; I never found how to shut them off. We checked in on Tuesday, checked out on Sunday, only had housekeeping on Friday.

Good, solid place to stay, lots of good restaurants in the area, easy in and out.
Pros:

The employees were great, especially Kenzie and the breakfast attendant on Saturday and Sunday morning. Breakfast was standard hotel stuff but hot and the lady working the weekend was a ball of fire, keeping food stocked, helping people who didn't know how to work the waffle maker, and cleaning tables as soon as people left, which mattered with the small area and few tables. Room was clean, no parties in the hallways, bed was good.

Cons:

Breakfast area was undersized for the hotel. I don't think they were near capacity, and there weren't enough tables by far. The lady who was the breakfast attendant Friday wasn't a ball of fire.... Never saw her wipe down a table between diners, and garbage piled up and was overflowing while she was nowhere to be seen.

I’ll make a different choice of hotel in future.
Pros:

Room was OK.

Cons:

Staff very unfriendly. The ONLY staff member that made eye contact and acknowledged us was lady at breakfast room. Housekeeping put numerous carts in hallway and difficult getting through. Parking lot full of weeds Desk clerk had a sweatshirt hoodie on. Everything about the place was unprofessional.

Pros:

I liked the fact that the staff was friendly.

Cons:

I didn't like that they took my complete payment out of my account BEFORE I GOT TO THE PROPERTY. THE WEBSITE says no prepayment needed and both times they took it EARLY.

Very comfy beds and accommodating staff

Cons:

The breakfast bar wasn't quite as hyped to be. The oj and sausage links were good but everything else had an "artificial" or "chemical taste"

Pros:

The staff was amazing. Every evening staff sent a message to check how I was doing and if there was more that they could do to make our stay better.
The room was very clean and had a pleasant scent.
The inside lobby was very pleasing to the eye. The decor theme was season based.
Breakfast hostess was extremely nice. Very social and kept everything stocked. The guest seemed to enjoy the breakfast and atmosphere.
Overall on a scale of 1 to 10 where 10 is the best, we give this hotel and staff a perfect 10.

Cons:

I had to ask for my room to be cleaned 3 out of the 8 days.
Wish there was seating available outside.

It was just a great location to stay.
Pros:

Rooms were awesome clean and spacious. The kids love the pool and breakfast bar. Had a variety of selections to eat around the property.

Dirty, outdated and horrible.

The bed was somewhat comfortable that's the only plus.

Cons:

This hotel is so outdated it's atrocious. The room looked dirty and very outdated. There was a previous guest's hair all over the shower so it's clear it wasn't clean. At the very least the bed was comfortable but that's the only good thing. Elevator has a panel falling off. The pool should have a limit on guests in the room. Breakfast smelled like wet dog, we just went to IHOP. TV didn't work and A/C partially worked we kept having to get up and fix it through the night. Pillow sheets were stained and honestly if I hadn't already paid I would have left. The girl at the check out in the morning looked and acted like she was intoxicated. Worst hotel experience I have ever had and I've had bad ones.
