I will stay somewhere else next year when I come to Ft. Wayne
Pros:

King suite arrangement was what we wanted. The front desk staff were kind.

Cons:

The sofa bed was horrible. I could feel the metal under me, and the pillow was extremely huge and uncomfortable, especially since the mattress was so thin and weak. Very disappointed since sleep is what the hotel is in business for! Replace your sofa bed mattresses!
The breakfast was cheap. Who wants yogurt from a machine? Just provide the cups of good yogurt!

Called last week , about the pool , it was supposed to be open , it was close , kids and wife had to stay in room all day when I was in a business meeting

Not a good value/cost ratio
Pros:

The size of the room and the separate bedroom, the breakfast

Cons:

It was dirty, the pool was awful and other guests were disrespectful. The girl that worked night shift was nice but the lady that worked morning shift was not at all. The pool was tiny, dirty, and packed. The room was dirty as well and several things were broken. The shower wasn't great. Not a lot of value for the price.

Won’t be back.

Cons:

We went swimming and the chlorine was so strong our eyes burned and my kids got rashes from it.

My kids went to get ice from the ice machine and they are teenagers a guy got annoyed with them and he cocked his handgun at them, nothing was done.

There was 3 staff member that I seen the next morning when we went dow for breakfast that was supposed to be complementary but we got down there and all they had was cereal, toast and waffles

Was not impressed with this stay.

Cons:

Had to get front desk for everything I wanted to access. My room had trash under the coach from previous ppl . The window was cracked , a door was broke and there was metal in a outlet that shocked my son slightly.
