The rooms were NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE.
THERE IS NO SWIMMING POOL. THE A/C WAS NOT OPERATING PROPERLY.

Great value for a coastal stay
Pros:

Beautiful view of the bay right from your room! You can fish or take a quiet walk along the private shore. Conveniently accessible and between two of the larger cities on the coast. The check in clerk was so helpful, patient during the process, and super nice.

Cons:

The floors could have been a bit cleaner but I understand how hard it is to get sand out of every nook and cranny. I wish they offered breakfast, at least a cold one, but they only had coffee.

The hot rooms with ac not cooling, rusted plug in stove, not kitchenette, no towels, burnt blankets, no tv, roaches everywhere, rude staff, un professional staff, drug dealers in rooms, people that were not guests taking parking spaces, no soap, and no toilet paper had to buy our own. Will never stay here again and its false advertisement on booking and motel 6 websites.
Other guest with no ac, roaches, rats and ceilings collapsing in units.

Then the room was dirty housekeeping didn’t even come whole time I was there I had to go to the office ask for towels a broom! Trash bags
