The service was excellent, and the overall experience was very pleasant. A special thank you to Marlo for such a warm and welcoming check-in, especially in the middle of the night — it really made a difference after a long trip 🙌

Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The only small thing to note — housekeeping knocked in the morning regarding cleaning, so for travelers arriving late at night, I would recommend putting the “Do Not Disturb” sign in advance to avoid being woken up.

Overall, a great stay — would definitely recommend! 👍

We stayed at the hotel for three nights and unfortunately did not receive any housekeeping service during our stay, even after requesting it. As a result, our trash accumulated in the room and we ran out of basic amenities such as shower gel. By the fourth day, we had to go to reception ourselves to request fresh towels.

I raised this issue with the general manager, but he did not appear interested in addressing the concern and remained on his mobile phone while I was explaining the situation, which felt quite dismissive.

Basic housekeeping and attentive customer service are standard expectations at any hotel, so this was disappointing. Overall, the experience did not feel like good value for the price we paid.
