Welcome - Wasnt greeted well as the staff was busy welcoming a wedding group.
Deepa spotted us stranded and assisted us all through the check in process.
Not only she made us comfortable but also offered us beverages on check in
Rooms - We were upgraded to a lake view room. The room was spacious and well equipped. Cherry on the top was the lake view.
Restaurants - Westin powai has a tremendous f&b capabilities. The buffet was very nice, also all the inhouse restaurants were top notch. My favorite was mayouchi.
Overall - A great stay in the city which felt like and oasis because of the wonderful food, service & views.
The room atmosphere was good ,I rest it well .
