For the price we paid it met our expectations. The front desk staff are very nice.
Pros:

Rooms were big and clean.

Cons:

The corridors and stairs were dirty. There were some guests making a good amount of noise outside our room late at night. Would have liked to have 4 pillows instead of 3. They don't provide shampoo.

Cons:

The bed wasn’t comfortable. You had to bring your dirty towels to get clean towels. Our room wasn’t cleaned one day. Staff wasn’t very friendly. I was read a very long list of don’t because I brought a dog,even though they advertise as pet friendly. We were told we would get a partial refund; but when I called back to get it, the refund offer had evaporated.

Wasn’t safe at all theirs a night club in the hotel that had fights going on outside of it all night long shots were fired the police ended up coming to close it down. Had to wait an extra hour to check into my hotel because the person who was supposed to leave wasn’t gone. Once we were in our hotel room, a lady came by who looked like she was on drugs and was asking me where “nico” was and if he was in my room then tried to come in my room loud vehicles were revving their engines outside until 2 in the morning. Will never be back

Always a good place to stay
Pros:

We've stayed here a bunch of times. The employees are great, and the rooms are spacious and clean. You can't beat the price

Cons:

There are hotels closer to sfa, but it is only about a 5 min drive
