Categories

Cleanliness
3.5
Multiple reviews report poor cleanliness: dirty carpets, stains and bodily fluids on bedding, mice reported, dirty vents and elevator—overall cleanliness is a clear problem.
Service
7.7
Staff frequently described as helpful, friendly and knowledgeable; night-shift clerk singled out as exceptional. Some service failures noted (phone not working, deposit/refund issues), but overall service sentiment is positive.
Location
7.7
Location repeatedly called 'great' or 'ok' and convenient (close to highway); generally a positive point for guests.
Room Quality
5.5
Mixed reports: some rooms described as nice with new beds and renovations, but many notes of old/damaged furniture, AC rattling, TV not working, high room temperatures and pest issues.
Amenities
7.7
Pool available and breakfast provided; some updated amenities mentioned. However, renovations are ongoing and some amenities (in-room microwaves, pull-out couch bedding) are missing or disrupted.
Value for Money
7.7
Several guests called the stay affordable and 'ok'; however renovation disruptions, maintenance issues, and complaints about a $100 security hold reduce perceived value for some guests.
Food and Beverage
7.7
Breakfast is frequently described as good, fresh and kid-friendly, but options are limited for guests with dietary/allergy needs (few protein or dairy-free choices).
Overall Experience
7.7
Overall sentiment is mixed: positive staff interactions, comfortable beds and breakfast balance against disruptive renovations, cleanliness and maintenance problems—resulting in a slightly above-average but inconsistent experience.

Very nice and newly updated amenities
Pros:

Location; Updated amenities; Clean

Cons:

Pillows were too soft. If you like firmer pillows, I’d bring your own. No sheets or blanket for the pullout couch. Other than that, it was fine.

Other than breakfast options for hot food being slim if you have allergies stay was nice
Pros:

Room was nice ! Staff great !

Cons:

Better breakfast options for those who have dairy allergy there were no protein options hard boiled eggs would be good as well as cereal you can eat with fingers like rice Chex , Cheerios ect or better yet some dairy free milk almond or yogurt made from coconut milk —
