The staff was pleasant

Cons:

The room was not cleaned at all. There were spots of something (gross) on the door and walls of the bathroom. The bag that the hairdryer was in had something visibly all over it, and it was literally stuck to the bathroom door. We did not use it. The floors in the hallways were old, musty, and wrinkled. The clientele was loud and obnoxious all hours of the night up and down the hall. Very surprised that this was a HGI hotel.

Cons:

I booked 2 rooms, 1 for my family, 1 for my dad. When we checked in there were people in both of the rooms. Which was extremely inconvenient considering it was late at night. Once we finally got in empty rooms, we realized they did not give us sheets for the pull out bed when we checked in, so we had to go back and get them. And finally I asked for extra pillows for the pull out couch and they told me the extra pillows were too gross to give me.
Additionally the room was musty and the floors were dirty.

Wonder staff, property needs TLC

Convenient location, bar/ bistro, staff EXTREMELY helpful

Cons:

Noisy guests, clogged toilet ( staff came to unclog very quickly but I DID have to get dressed and go downstairs since I was about to climb into bed. About 5 minutes after that issue was resolved, the ceiling started to leak over the sofa. Clothes back on, back downstairs, get a new room, move all my stuff from first room to a different room in which the king bed a a divet, so not a new bed and not extremely comfortable.

Cons:

Phone and clock weren’t plugged in. Shower doors did not stay shut. The staff were lovely!! Otherwise, the room was fine. We slept well!!

all good except the bathroom faucet
