Buen hotel por ubicacion
Pros:

En general, buen hotel con muy buena ubicación y atención gral de empleados

Cons:

Falta de personal en cafeteria, se podría reforzar turnos en fines de semana
Esto no quiere decir falta de atención que si que la hubo y muy buena
En recepción no había nadie responsable de solucionar un tema que surgió a la entrada, hasta el lunes a las 10.00 am
Podría haber tarifa pactada con parkings externos dada la poca capacidad del parking del hotel

Rapport qualité prix à revoir.
Pros:

Le situation était vraiment très bien, à moins de 4 minutes de l'arrêt du bus qui venait de l'aéroport. L'hôtel était très propre et le personnel agréable. La chambre a été rénovée.

Cons:

Le rapport qualité/prix surtout... Nous étions 3, deux adultes et notre fille de 12 ans. Plus de 400 eur pour deux nuits pour une chambre basique de deux personnes selon l'affiche dans la chambre, dans laquelle un lit d'appoint a été ajouté pour la déclarer chambre triple... c'est beaucoup trop cher. Pas d'équipements particuliers qui justifie un tel prix, vraiment. Les commentaires mentionnaient aussi le bruit d'une discothèque. En effet, à partir de minuit nous avons pu entendre les bass de la musique. J'avais demandé que l'on soit placé en haut pour limiter le bruit, nous étions au 8ème et malgré cela, avec les fenêtres fermées, nous entendions les bass. L'hôtel n'y peut rien mais nous non plus, encore une fois, le prix devrait en tenir compte. Petit déjeuner jusque correct, rien de spécial, malgré les commentaires lus qui laissaient supposer mieux. Bref, ne pas donner plus de 100 eur la nuit et prévoir des boules quies.

The attitude of the staff, very rude, unprofessional and not interested in guests. We got a room that was not cleaned at all and the staff did not even apologise for it. So strange.

La habitación era muy cómoda y el baño también. La limpieza era adecuada y el servicio de habitaciones estaba muy bien.

Cons:

Estaba en la segunda planta y se escuchaba durante a noche absolutamente todo de la discoteca de abajo. Cuando reservé el hotel no me dieron opción de elegir la planta de la habitación y tampoco avisaron del tema de la discoteca, así que no pude descansar bien.
