Buenas vistas y cómodo. En general, bien aunque me faltó más pasta de dientes y reposición de papel higiénico que hubo que decirlo.
Queríamos desayunar el primer día y no lo teníamos incluido. Pedimos si podíamos tomar unas tostadas y café y nos dijeron que sí. Solo nos dejaron tomar unos mini bollitos y no me dejaron tomar tostada. El café malísimo , frío y pasado. La máquina de café estropeada. Muy mala atención por parte de las camareras que además parecían estar entretenidas entre ellas en lugar de estar pendiente de los
Desayunos. No volvimos a desayunar. Menos mal que no lo incluimos.

Extremely comfortable with air con, blackout curtains and a quiet location. Fridge and kettle. Good location to walk around Bilbao. Parking available but no ev chargers on site. A good breakfast to get the day started.

La posizione e l'ingresso sono di sicuro il punto forte dell'hotel, Anche la colazione è stata molto buona ed abbondante.
Il letto era molto comodo e la stanza molto silenziosa. Di sicuro il check-in tardivo un altro punto forte dell'hotel.
A due pasi dal museo Guggenheim di Bilbao e dalla fermata metropolitana / capolinea Bus. Il Wifi prendeva abbastanza bene.
do una valutazione bassa per alcune cose : sulla mia prenotazione Booking c'è scritto "Vista Città" ma come si può vedere dalle foto non mi sembra proprio (potrebbe esserci una camera con simile vista ma deve avere un prezzo inferiore rispetto ad una vista città). Lavandino del bagno ostruito l'acqua faceva fatica ad andare via (foto). Sempre nel bagno abbiamo trovato l'asciugamano mani già aperto sul lavandino e questo non deve succedere deve essere arrotolato. La bocchetta aria condizionata in condizioni pietose (foto). Insomma ci si perde per delle sciocchezze. Abbiamo segnalato la camera al personale ma siamo praticamente stati ignorati.
