Rapport qualité prix au rendez-vous mais un effort sur la propreté pourrait être fait.
Pros:

Situation géographique, personnel plus sympathique et accessible que dans d’autres hôtels, une employé de la réception parle français, espace disponible plus que satisfaisant (chambre et installations), petit déjeuner de qualité standard mais très varié pour un 3 étoiles.

Cons:

Anglais du personnel, table à repasser à monter soi même et de taille minuscule, pas possible de réserver un taxi à l’avance, rideaux de la chambre sales, rideaux de la salle de petit déjeuner n’ont pas été nettoyé depuis des années et présentent des projections de nourriture, airco pas super efficace (tout juste) dans la chambre, impossible de séparer le petit déjeuner du séjour sur la facture finale (possible dans plein d’autres hôtels), j’attends toujours la facture faisant apparaître mon numéro de tva belge, …

Está muy bien ubicado, cerca del estadio San Mamés. Estaba todo muy limpio, las camas eran cómodas, tenía nevera.... Todo lo que necesitábamos para una noche.

Severely disturbed sleep, gym not good. Breakfast fab and Staff LOVELY

Lovely Breakfast good choices and value.
Staff were lovely and so helpful

Cons:

3 of the 4 nights there were people 'partying' outside the hotel from 7.30pm-6am. it disturbed our sleep a lot on each night. The noise shouting etc..
You also advertise that you have a Gym. The weights were so light and there was cardio equipment. Not really a Gym. We paid to go to Basic Fit instead. Please keep advertising Accurate
