Amplitud y comodidad de la habitación
Todo ok
Facilmente raggiungibile in auto e a piedi, si è veramente vicini per muoversi lungo il fiume (cosa che consiglio a tutti) e verso il centro.
Stanza molto ampia e pulita, pochi fronzoli ma comoda.
Il parcheggio non è stato disponibile nonostante la richiesta fatta con ampio preavviso e la stessa cosa è stata detta ad altri ospiti, fortuna che il parcheggio sotterraneo vicino sia abbastanza economico e due giorni siano costati 30 euro
Very clean rooms and hotel. It is in a very good location for the tram and river being only a short walk to the gugenheim and other attractions
The basement car park is ridiculously tight with small spaces tight bends etc. We managed with difficulty to park but when we left another guests car had bumped ours.
Reception staff were not very welcoming.

Bequeme Betten und Kopfkissen. Reichhaltiges Frühstück und auch zu Stosszeiten immer gleich einen Tisch bekommen. Lage relativ zentral. Netter Check in.
Sehr hellhörig, man hört sogar wenn der Nachbar die Gardinen zu zieht. Ausblick auf den Hinterhof war gar nicht schön, aber wahrscheinlich war das die ruhige Seite. Zerrissene Gardinen und schlechter Geruch in den Schränken.
La ubicación
Reserve una habitación triple premium y me entregaron una habitación doble simple que daba acceso a un patio interior con todos los tubos de ventilación del edificio, al lado del cuarto de mantenimiento y limpiadoras. Al quejarme de ello me dijeron que hasta el día siguiente no podrían hacer nada, ya que el hotel suele vender más habitaciones de las que tienen, que es práctica habitual del hotel y que hay veces que tienen que reubicar a los huéspedes. No me han compensado por el problema ocasionado. Puse una reclamación y me han dicho que lo presente en la oficina del consumidor y que hasta entonces no van a hacer nada.
Aardig personeel (restaurant, bar en kamer), centraal gelegen 5 min lopen naar metro of tram en bus naar vliegveld om de hoek, goed en uitgebreid ontbijt (veel vers fruit!).
Muy lindo todo limpio y rico olor
La ubicación es excelente para venir del aeropuerto y las camas eran muy cómodas.
