El soroll de la discoteca que esta just davant l'entrada del hotel i una de les habitacions donaba a davant ,l' esmorzar molt fluix i les 9h ja no tenien la meitat del genero i la resposta de la cambrera era que no era feina seva que això era problema de la cuinera .

Excelente localização, muito limpo e confortável.

Quarto limpo e confortável. Oferta de águas e cafés.
Ginásio simples mas suficiente.

Cons:

Quando entrámos no quarto sentimos um cheiro intenso a tabaco, no entanto trocaram logo o nosso quarto após avisar a receção.
Hotel fica perto de uma discoteca, se fizer estadia numa sexta ou sábado é melhor levar tampões para os ouvidos.

Ubicación céntrica y comodidad habitaciones, ruido exterior y falta mejorar detalles.
Pros:

La ubicación es buena, al lado de San Mamés y a 10 minutos de calles principales con mucho ambiente y restaurantes. Las habitaciones son grandes y eso hace que la comodidad gane protagonismo. El personal amable.

Cons:

La calle en la que se encuentra es muy ruidosa, hay una discoteca justo al lado, muchos bares… nos tocó en la planta 1 y no parábamos de escuchar a la gente. El parking nos dijeron que eran 28€/noche lo cual es excesivo. Pedimos una almohada extra y no nos la llegaron a traer. Nos pusieron dos camas en lugar de una de matrimonio, no nos gustó… deberían preguntarlo. El café de la cafetería el peor que he tomado en mucho tiempo.
