Pros:

Super Lage, Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber, einmal habe ich im Hotel gegessen und das Abendessen war wirklich sehr gut. Das Hotel an sich hat ein sehr schönes Ambiente und das Hotelpersonal war ausgesprochen freundlich.

The room was very noisy due to a busy nearby road. It was also very warm and was missing air conditioning. Not the expected experience for the price

Die Matratzen sind aber leider nicht mehr in Ordnung. Die Federn tun weh und an Schlaf ist nicht zu denken

Das Frühstück war schlecht koordiniert. Zu viele Menschen kaum ein Platz zu finden. Das war was nicht so schön war.

Absurde prijs voor een kamer zonder airco

De prijs is absurd voor wat geboden wordt!!! Hoe bestaat het dat je 260 euro betaald voor een kamer ZONDER airconditioning. Bij dit soort prijzen hoort het comfort van airco. We hebben geen oog dicht gedaan en dreven ons bed uit van de hitte

Gute Lage, bei einem Konzertbesuch würden wir es wieder buchen.

Die Nähe zur Altstadt und zur Konzerthalle war sehr gut.

Cons:

Vom Frühstück waren wir enttäuscht, nachdem es als hervorragend bewertet wurde. Normaler Standard, aber nicht mehr.
Vorallem fanden wir es sehr störend , dass die Hauptverkehrsströme der Gäste direkt am Buffet vorbeiliefen. Ebenso bildeten sich am Kaffeeautomaten lange Warteschlangen, der 2. Kaffeeautomat wurde erst später entdeckt, nicht da wo er erwartet wird.
Fazit: Das Frühstück Buffet sollte für ein Haus dieser Klasse mit mehr Liebe und Sorgfalt geführt werden. Das kennen wir besser.
