Die Lage und das Gebäude sind echt hervorragend

Cons:

Keine Möglichkeit Jacken oder ähnliches aufzuhängen, keine Garderobe im Zimmer oder ein Haken an der Wand und leider kein Kühlschrank muss keine minnibar sein aber ein kleiner Kühlschrank wäre super und das Personal etwas freundlicher wäre auch fein. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist auch dad Frühstücksbuffet am Gang wo jeder vorbei muss auch wenn er nicht Frühstückt.

Für den touristischen Besuch der schönen Stadt Bamberg in Ordnung, aber kein Wohlfühlhotel - leider.
Pros:

Ein schönes historisches Gebäude mit Flair. Kurze Wege zur historischen Altstadt.

Cons:

Im Zimmer fehlte ein großer Spiegel, in der Badezimmertür war ein großer Schaden neben der Klinke, die Badezimmerfugen waren zum Teil schmutzig, auf den Fliesen befanden sich Kalkflecken. Im Zimmer gab es keinen Schuhlöffel und zu wenig Kleiderbügel. Das Frühstück war sehr hektisch und laut, es gab zu wenig Plätze, so dass z.B. in die Bar ausgewichen werden musste, was einen angenehmen Tagesbeginn nicht möglich machte. Daran konnte auch die Freundlichkeit des Personals leider nichts ändern. Leider waren auch die noch wenigen, vor dem Eingang platzierten Außentische oft schmutzig und unabgeräumt, so dass man diese nur bedingt benutzen konnte.

Die Organisation zum Frühstück und Abend an der Bar hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Zum Frühstück waren für die Anzahl der Gäste deutlich zu wenige Plätze vorhanden. Am Abend an der Bar haben wir schon deutlich besseren Service und Sichtbarkeit von Personal erlebt.

Schönes Hotel in gute Lage - etwas zu teuer.

An sich war alles OK und in Ordnung, für den Preis und von den Fotos her hätten wir etwas mehr etwartet, es schien alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen zu sein. Lage und Stadt waen aber Top.
