Pros:

Location was good and parking was available. We had a problem with our tv and the front desk employee was very helpful in getting us a new room when he couldn’t resolve the problem. Chocolate candy was available at the front desk and breakfast was good. Fresh fruit would have made it even better.

Cons:

I chose this hotel for the hot tub. Although the hot tub was functional and clean, it was not hot. I did not get the therapeutic results I was expecting.

The lobby was tired looking and the hallway carpeting had stains on it. The breakfast was pitiful.

Our stay was adaptable & comfortable once we were switched to a more accommodating room for 4 guests
Pros:

The Staff was awesome and tried their best to accommodate any requests (and/or) fix any unexpected issues that occurred! Also, the hotel was conveniently located to many places that we like! The lobby was very welcoming and we enjoyed the pet friendly, smoke-free environment!

Cons:

Unfortunately, our toilet flooded during our entire stay. The floors and furniture were sticky & we were unable to walk comfortably in the room. Before switching rooms... our first room also had leftover food in the refrigerator from the last guests, as well as missing linens and only one chair w/ the table for a family of 4. Once we were moved to the second room the toilet in the new spoce continued to overflow each (day/ night )and did not work properly the majority of our stay.
Also, upon packing-up to leave I found an open/used condom under the table in the corner of the floor.
Also in the morning during breakfast, the cleaning lady entered our room without knocking while our daughters were still sleeping first and despite having the (Do Not Disturb) hanging outside on the door. Finally, the back entrance also remained unlocked to the public all night, which could possibly present a safety issue. Hopefully, this feedback could assist in the in the accommodations for your future guests and business.

Pros:

My husband and I are requesting 100 percent refund we did not check in upon arrival the site was old inside smelled the rugs all thru were stained and dirty I had to cancel it should not be listed under booking .com as a 3 star thd pics on your site are very old not up to date
