I didn't stay I was rejected, and now I'm out 80$
Cons:

I didn't like the fact I needed to put down a 100$ deposit, and because I didn't have it my 79$ if gone, I know now I'll never visit your facility again, there is other hotels in Rehoboth Beach and damnitt is utilize them.... I ain't rich and if I would have known is

Great hotel!!
Pros:

The hotel is located one street away from the main road. You don’t hear much of the traffic. You could walk to the outlet and some other places if you need to.

Cons:

The hotel is a pet (only dogs, no cats) friendly one, so you would hear some dogs barking here and there out of your door. Of course, it depends on how many or what type of dogs your neighbors have while you stay there.

Not the best but also not the worst
Pros:

The location was great for what we had planned

Cons:

Didn’t like how dirty the carpet through the place were or how rusty and dingy the bathroom in our room was. Or the fact that we were woken by barking dogs

Pros:

I love this place and the hot tub was actually hot and the people are so nice …

Cons:

I was a little disappointed that 9-10 is adult swim but when I went down kids were still running around and screaming so I went back to my room

Comfortable bed but the cleanliness of the property was not the best

Pros:

Service was great. Location was great! Rooms were great!

Cons:

I'm not complaining. Everything was excellent. The water pressure in the shower could have been a little stronger but it wasn't bad.
