Hotel Wave at Rehoboth Beach

The fact i was there for a week and never saw room service, my girlfriend and i had been locked out of our room 3 times a day every day

I had booked that hotel for 3 days straight with kids but trust me,i felt like giving up the second day because we requested for room cleaning services and trash collection from the manager on duty and even left a written notice but nothing happened! Coming back later from our tiresome day and meeting up with dirty towels from the first day I felt like we were neglected for what I paid for!! They didn’t care until we left and nothing was done! Can’t come back. It’s filthy and cleaners don’t even care doing their job!

We had to ask for towels as 1 towel was not going to be enough.

The place was so gross. Blood on the bathroom walls, other people's hair in our beds, dog food in the corners of the rooms, shower/toilet barely drained, hallway carpets looked like a dead body was drug through them, our room was sooo humid and smelled like mildew. I will never be back.

Price was way too much for what you get. Just a standard bedroom with bathroom. $387 for one night even on a holiday weekend is unreasonable.

The property was dirty as you walked through the halls to the rooms. The rugs were filthy, as if they had never been cleaned. There was no elevators so you had to carry your luggage up 1 1/2 flights of stairs. The free breakfast was prepared bagels. The pool area was full of dirt. Rust pipes hanging, the bathroom and the pool area was corroded with dirt and the toilet leaked water. As far as my room in particularly I paid for a Jacuzzi room. There was no Jacuzzi the Jacuzzi in the room was broken. The staff member told us that it was supposed to be a hot tub however, it was neither. The bathroom sink was clogged. The first night they came to plunged it. They said it was fixed. It was not we could not use the sink freely due to it having slow drainage and being clogged. The toilet when flushing in the room, leaked water out the back of the tallest system. We were only given one rag and one towel we had to ask for more. due to language barrier, the maid had to type in my request to understand what I was asking her for, she then left extra towels and wash clothes however did not refresh my room or clean it at all. I would recommend never staying at the Heat Wave Hotel in Rehoboth Beach.

The carpet on the stairs and hallway were filthy. It looks like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks and it was black and looks like it had never been steam cleaned. It was truly disgusting.

We booked a room with jacuzzi and it didn’t work. The sink was clogging up.

Very dirty, was given a room that was really dirty had to switch rooms. The rugs in the hall was were so dirty and smelled. Our room smelled bad and the bathroom and tub was dirty we had to clean the room ourselves. Looks like they just quick clean the rooms.
