Cons:

The hallways were filthy and need rugs replaced as it gives wrong impression of the neat and clean rooms that await you. We went fir breakfast and it wasn't pleasant. Meaning juice machine was broken! Waffle machines were filthy and look unappitizing. No eggs. Butter. Toast. Just bagles..it was a mess altogether we went to McDonald's.

The carpet on steps and hallways stunk and was absolutely disquieting. I mean gross unbelievable gross
Suppose to be like a teal kinda color and they were dark brown in middle and to door ways wouldn’t believe how dirty till you saw it

Pros:

Nothing really, we stayed and left asap.

Cons:

The AC was not working, and carpets were being changed, so the halls looked very dirty! Also, the breakfast was the typical US hotel breakfast, which we don't like (basically sugary stuff and weird eggs). Wouldn't recommend!

The staff was very pleasant, but a lot of little things did not meet my expectations.
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable, and we love the beach decor of the hotel.

Cons:

Our room was not very clean, hair on the floor in the bathroom, piece of bread behind the bed, comforter was dirty. There was no hair dryer in the room, asked at the front desk for one but one was never brought to us. Breakfast supplies were very limited. Issues with the waffle dispenser. Hotel carpet very worn and dirty in the hallway.

Mold, overpaid for a room they didn’t have available. Half the hotel is closed for remodeling and MOLD restoration. My lungs hurt after we left.

Super location. Front desk clerk Russell is awesome. The price is right!’
Pros:

Good location for Rehobooth beach. Price is right. Russell the front desk clerk is great!! Don’t forget to try his pink lemonade!! Ample parking.

Cons:

Breakfast on Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday there was hardly anything. Toast, English muffin, or cereal ( fruit loops or Raisin Bran.

The hotel is nice for people with pets.
Pros:

The rooms were very accomodating for people with pets. I appreciated that they gave us 2 rooms that were close to each other and the front door. There were some staff that were very nice and easy to work with. I appreciated the older gentlemen that worked in the evenings. He gave us our welcome bag since we didn't receive one when we first checked in.

Cons:

The rooms were fine with the exception of the carpet; however, they noted it at check in and apologized.

The breakfast was minute and was often out of several items. Several days we had to wait for food to defrost in order to have an english muffin or toast. There was hardly anything to eat or drink during breakfast (one morning the juice machine was turned off and the waffe batter wasn't even made - this was at 8 a.m.)

The reception area was nice; however there were instances during the day where staff was utilizing the space to build furniture which made it difficult to use the space during the day time.

Pros:

The most part I loved about the properly was we came on a Tuesday, which was the 18th we left on the 19th to go to the beach and when we got back, the rooms was clean again not knowing that they (the staff ) was allowed in the room without us being there . But are things was put aside and they remade the beds and clean the bathroom .and I love the staff

Cons:

The carpet , which I understand because they allow pets. And the false pretend of breakfast
