Very thankful
The breakfast was good
The room was dirty. There was holes in the wall. The beds were uncomfortable to furniture followed of Heart.

Door would not latch. When I pulled it closed it would not open. I had to call front desk. About 8 miles east of Sacramento
The grounds are beautiful and clean, and the check-in staff were wonderful.
The room was old and dirty. We stayed in the manor house wing. The AC didn't work, and there was visible filth on the walls, bathroom, and carpet. The AC would not drop below 73 degrees the whole time.
When we went to grab breakfast, 3 out of 4 of our party went to the breakfast area. 1 was still in the room. We made a small plate of food for the one still in the room (couldn't make it to the breakfast area) and as we were heading back to the room after we ate, one of the employees literally ran after us and infront of the approx 20 other people in the breakfast area, scolded me for taking a plate back to the room. I tried explaining to her that our other party was in our room and it was a small plate and I had given the other staff both our breakfast tickets and she said " the front desk was responsible for telling people they couldn't take food to the room and I was not to take it". She took the plate and threw it away. I was not able to take our other party back breakfast.
Staff were great, the rooms were clean and the price was impressive.
It's kind of a working mans place so expect to see a lot of men. Lol We're on the road daily and would stay again.
The PlayStation couldn't set up.
The room was set-up nicely, bed was comfy and clean, nice long desk to sit at, the restaurant was a nice convenience and it was pretty delicious. Everyone was kind and friendly, loved to see families enjoying the restaurants trivia. There's also a full bar there too.
No elevator, first room the phone and tv didn't work, ( they corrected that and moved us), there was some hair all over shower and shower curtain, the water was coming out rusty looking at first, water got shut off in the middle of showering (washing my hair lol) had to wait about ten or so min. For them to turn it back on ( things happen I get it) the fridge leaked inside and out food got all gross.
I like how it’s well maintained & very clean at all times.
I like how it feels so fresh when you walk in the rooms. I know it’s not perfect or high end but it is very clean.
