Always love coming here with my family everytime we come up to Sacramento. Staff is always helpful and loved the breakfast and free safe parking.
This time I did run into some issues. First room i checked into still had dirty beds. They did move us rooms which was nice but then the t.v. wasn't working in the other one which isnt good when you have 2 little kids. Eventually I got the TV to kinda work but it kept cutting out of signal.
The room was very nice, really liked the two different areas for sitting and the bedroom.
The bathroom sink was very slow to drain, and the tub shower combo had water leak all over the floor even though we had the shower curtain tucked inside the tub. Also we could not control the temperature inside the room, if we wanted it warmer, the control went right back to its original setting.
The furniture was pretty old, the windows didn't work properly, a lot of stuff didn't work properly, and it was very noisy since the room was right next to the main hotel room entrance. And the hot tub was closed during our stay which was a real bummer, it was disappointing but still better than any of the other options nearby.

Spacious and comfortable room
Low quality breakfast.
Very clean and very quiet. The landscape is well manicured.
The shower and bathroom sink need an upgrade. And there's an enormous lamp between the bed that just takes up too much room.
The room was nice and comfortable. Nice beds, kitchen and bathroom
The young lady who was the receptionist who checked me in was not very professional or inviting. We did check in late about 9pm. when we got to the our room the tv or Wi-Fi was not working. I called down to the off and the same young receptionist brought us a new remote. I asked her to come in and help us fix the tv. her response was " obviously I'm not the maintenance man". So she did not help fix the tv. On our last day about to leave we heard a knock at the door and before i could get to the door 2 men tried to enter my room. refused to let them in our room told them they can come back at 11am when I leave. Men stated they were inspector. I notified the Manager of these issues.
bed just right, and the room was small but perfect.
It was a nice bar and lounge area
That there was a pool/hottub but couldn't use it because it was "seasonal" but it was hot and it didn't say anything about not using, otherwise I wouldnt have booked there.
Tv was old, so didn't use it. Used my phone because it didnt have a way to stream from the bed area
It's very quiet for the most part.
Oddly the sirens but that's honestly unpreventable so I have no gripes at this time.
