Extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel
Pros:

I do like the location of the property

Cons:

In our room we had a big hole in the floor/crack where the linoleum is coming up. The couch looked like someone was murdered on it. Room was dirty with debree all over the floor. The beds are the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on. Felt like the springs were stabbing us in the back. Went to front desk and told them about problems with the room and all they said is that it’s ok and the room is fine. They did nothing to resolve my complaints. Just said the room is fine. I stayed at this hotel last year and it was amazing which is why I stayed here again. Very disappointed in the stay this year

The are is secluded and clean.

Cons:

The property is old. Some buildings looked renovated, I stayed at an older one. The bed was clean and comfy, but the overall look with chipped furniture and stains here and there was not pleasant.

Pros:

There were so many things I loved about the Hotel. I loved that they had a Bar and restaurant, that was so convenient they also had a band playing in the patio area and they were amazing. Loved that they had security the pool area was great. Dinner and breakfast were both super good. Everything and everywhere were nice and clean and I loved that. The rooms were a good size and had a mini kitchen. I would definitely book again.

Cons:

Only thing that was inconvenient was the hot tub wasn’t working at the time and the kids wanted to use it.

Everyone who worked there was very friendly helpful and made you feel very welcomed and it was very clean every where at this hotel we had a great stay i need surgery and got the flu my grand children and their dad had a wonderful stay

Look at other places before booking the room .
Pros:

I like that the staff was nice and helpful

Cons:

When i first arrived there I didn't like the room and it was a fly and the room in the window was open even tho I was up on the second floor the room.was not up to my standards and I was very unhappy with that .and the spa wasn't working and the staff didn't tell me at the time of checking in that the water was going to be off for a few hours but when I told the staff about the room they changed out my room.
