Hotel ILUNION Bel Art

Area was close to the Sagrada Familia and the hotel was well kept

We had a lovely stay at Hotel ILUNION Bel Art. The room was small but cozy, clean, and comfortable. The location is great — easy to get around and access different parts of the city. Overall, a pleasant experience and good value for the stay!

Service horrible. A Cuban yelled to me. They did not call the cab for me and lost the connection. We needed assistance for my elderly father was totally ignored. Horrible attitude. Some employees told me that the Cuban, the blond girl between them they are not happy working there. The Cuban man at the desk kept calling me Colombian while I am Costa Rican. They blame it ion the disssable people but it is their fault . Again, someone who works there said they are not happy with their job, maybe poorly paid … who knows!!

Spent 4 nights here. Great for exploring Sagrada Familia and Park Guell.

The hotel needs renovations, black stains on the ceiling, on the walls.

I got things stolen from my luggage. Housekeeping would be the only staff members with access to our rooms.

I slept very well all three nights I stayed, the room was fine, and the front desk helpful.
Breakfast was okay, the coffee wasn’t great, and though there was fruit available there were no nuts etc to have with yoghurt. The hotel is near the Barcelona metro which is very useful.

Everything was fine, apart water pressure at shower. We contacted reception but the maintenance person said it's not their fault, it's council fault because they are doing repairs. Breakfast was very good, lots of choices, the room was clean when we arrived. So the water issues was the only point that we didn't appreciate.

Had a completely pleasant stay. Room was a bit small and there were few amenities in the room, however I have no complaints overall especially considering the price and location. The staff were lovely.

Very friendly staff who let us check in earlier so we could have a short rest before going to our first sightseeing place. Provided clear instructions for taking public transportation to various areas. Good selection of tea and coffee and lemon ice water at the lobby was great on a hot day. Arranged for a taxi to train station upon our request.
