Cons:

Smelled awful when we arrived we notified the office and the refreshed the room. The tv did not work don’t know if it was the remote or tv but it would not change channels. To top it off the room keys would not work we had them changed a they still only worked after trying about 20 or 30 times. We will not be re booking at this property. We had stayed there about 2 months ago and everything was ok but this time was not.

Cons:

Did not sleep in the room. Loud ..dirty..not even a trash can in the room. I left ten minutes after being there.

Cons:

I did not like that the staff shuts the office from 7pm to 11am. There were kids running up and down all hours of the night. We were on the bottom floor and it sounded like they were coming through the ceiling. All night long. No staff was available to complain too.

That I could check in after hours. The shower was great with great water pressure.

The floors was nasty like they mopped them with dirty water. It just felt nasty in the room.

It was filthy. We arrived after the front desk was closed so we had no one to talk to conveniently. The was poop all over the bathroom walls and toilet and nothing had been wiped or cleaned in what looked like months. The mattresses were worse than disgusting and truly don’t have words for just how bad it was. It was absolutely disgusting and wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here.
