The kitchenette. The fact it was pet friendly
Location to beach not great, but close enough for a drive. Casinos close.

Air conditioning was great. The overall appearance was fairly clean. The bed was comfortable.
The aroma of marijuana was overwhelming, both outside the room and inside the room. The towels were very small. There was only one small trashcan inside the restroom. The bathroom needed a good cleaning.
Staff were lovely, grounds were nice and seemed maintained
WiFi didn't work, heater didn't work, toilet barely flushed and seemed ready to spill over, bathtub was full of dirt and both it and toilet were not clean. I tried to ask for a room change, but the office closed at 8pm on a Friday night (seriously) and no one could be contacted.
The owner has gone to great extent to make the site as peaceful as possible amid a noisy crime ridden city
The front desk staff went out of their way to make me comfortable
The maintenance and cleaning staff should NEVER BE trusted
The owner should erect a fence between the hotel and the townhouses beside the hotel to prevent obvious drug trafficking
The long-term residents all seemed to be drug users and thieves.

Quiet and Clean and the staff from the front Desk Mrs. Amanda to the young man room attendant was Great there kindness made my stay from there smile to giving me what I need was done with sincerity.
