Didn't stay for the 24 nights booked, only first night.
Cons:

Stayed 1 night and wouldn't refund for 23 days I didn't stay and was not there!. . Had to book online for whole time needed. As can't make reservations without time of stay needed. Then get there and not like facilities. Room reeked of urine and feces. Roaches crawling all over. Go to Extended Stay Office next morning asap, ask to get refund as not staying for these reasons. Won't give receipt or refund!! Will never use booking.com or extended stay ever again.

Pros:

Absolutely nothing!

Cons:

I didn’t feel safe. It was dirty! Front desk hours are limited. The pictures are very deceiving. I’d never stay here again.

The location was perfect. Staff were very friendly. Bedding was clean.

Cons:

The over powering smell of smoke. Dead roaches in cabinets in kitchen and bathroom. Dirty Q-tip behind bathroom door with lots of dirt. The toilet leaked.

Nothing. The manager didn't refunding me even though we didn't stay 5 MINUTES!

Cons:

Disgusting. Smelled of weed, cigarettes, and mildew. Live and dead cockroaches everywhere. the bathroom floor was filthy and had a disgusting dirt spot right by the bath.
