Roaches
I appreciate the location as it was a 4 minute drive to Downtown Ocean Springs and right next door to a MEGA Goodwill. Room was comfortable and decently clean. No problems from other guests except for a pup barking a time or two but that is to be expected from a pet friendly stay.
I didnt like that the checking in after hours was done by a phone call due to the office closing at 8 pm. The keys would not work often but it was easily fixed. The price for the room was a little more than what it was worth but honestly, it wasn't a bad stay. We slept comfortably with nice AC and a nice bed. I will say the water smelled like sulfer BAD but I don't think this was a hotel thing - the water smelled like sulfer everywhere in Ocean Springs. The Extended Stay was doing some renovations in the front but it didnt effect our stay.
The 24hr laundry area with snacks. The kitchenette. The shower was handicap accessible. The staff was amazing.. front desk and housekeeping/maintenance.
I didn't like the bed size for the double bed.
i came to check in and there wasnt anyone there an i had already paid and havent got my money back yet

I liked the stove design and the water pressure in the bathroom.
The pillows are too airy in my opinion..There was no housekeeping during our stay.
Staff was friendly and the location was great.
Not the hotels fault, but our room constantly smelled like weed because of another guest. Also, same guest would leave their dog in the room and it constantly barked for hours on end.
The door stop on the wall was covered in mold so was the back of the door. The placement of the toilet paper holder was not smart and the first time we showered it soaked the toilet paper.
