Nice stay in Walla Walla
Pros:

Location is ok, although a car is needed for getting to the town center, where a lot of wine tastings take place.

Clean, Comfortable Hotel in Walla Walla
Pros:

Conveniently located just off Highway 12. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet with no road noise even though the hotel is close to the Highway. When we checked in and requested the top floor the front desk clerk changed our preassigned room to accommodate our request. The breakfast area was also clean and well maintained with a nice selection of hot and cold items to choose from.

Clean and friendly!
Pros:

We were pleased with our stay at HI Express in Walla Walla. The staff was great, greeted us with a smile, had our keys ready, and were efficient at getting us checked in. Our room was SPOTLESS and modern. We expected a little bit of an older property and that is not what this is. It is modern and clean. The breakfast area, despite being busy, was spotless as well! We highly rec'd this property!

Clean, friendly staff.
Pros:

We were in town to see Jelly Roll, besides the hotel disgustingly jacking their prices up because of the concert, it was a great stay. Clean, fairly quiet and the staff was very friendly.

Gone down hill big time.
Pros:

They are definitely dedicated to not harming the environment. They don’t use cleaning products to clean the rooms and don’t treat the pool which is filled with an unhealthy shade of light green water.

Cons:

I really didn’t like that there was trash on the floor between the bed and window. But what was really gross was the food that was left in the fridge. You would think they would do a better job of cleaning between guests.

Quiet and Comfortable Stay
Pros:

Very comfortable and quiet location which was a 5 minute drive to downtown. The room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. It was nice to have the firepit outside to enjoy.

The staff was amazing, breakfast was delicious, and the cleaning staff came in and straightened up the room for us while we were out. The pool smelled a little off tho. But overall I would want to stay again

Decent hotel
Pros:

Decent hotel. Excellent shower. The stains on the club chair in the room were a major turn off. Also, no juice available at breakfast.

Disappointed
Pros:

We have stayed here many times over the last 7 or 8 years but this property is getting very tired. This trip there was no milk for breakfast and there was plumbing problems. I think we may be looking to stay elsewhere to visit our new granddaughter.
