Hotel tranquilo con muy buen servicio
Pros:

Estuve casi un mes por un tratamiento médico en SP. El hotel cumplió mis expectativas y mas. El personal es super atento y eficiente.

Cons:

Solamente mejoraría la calidad de los productos de desayuno. Ofrecen mucha variedad pero la calidad no está a la altura del resto del hotel.

Reservamos uma única diária, com check-in às 15h e check-out previsto para as 5h da manhã do dia seguinte. Considerando o horário atípico de saída — anterior ao início do serviço regular de café da manhã — solicitamos, em caráter excepcional, a disponibilização de um café da manhã antecipado ou, ao menos, de um lanche simples, já que esse item estava incluído na diária contratada.
Infelizmente, a solicitação não foi bem recebida pela recepção, que nos orientou a tratar diretamente com o restaurante do hotel. Ao fazê-lo, fomos informados pela funcionária responsável de que qualquer alternativa só seria possível mediante cobrança adicional.
A situação nos causou grande insatisfação. Trata-se de uma diária no valor de R$ 1.300,00, que inclui café da manhã — serviço que, na prática, não pudemos usufruir por conta do horário de saída. Ainda assim, não houve qualquer flexibilidade, alternativa razoável ou demonstração de atenção ao cliente por parte do hotel.
Não se tratava de um pedido complexo, mas sim de uma solução simples e alinhada às boas práticas de hospitalidade. A ausência total de empatia e de iniciativa para atender minimamente a solicitação comprometeu de forma significativa a nossa experiência.

Pros:

O atendimento da equipe é impecável. Muitíssimo bem localizado, próximo aos principais bairros de SP e próximo a uma vida noturna de excelente qualidade. Tem o Pecorino conjugado que é excelente.

Os quartos precisam de uma atualização. São antigos.

Pleasant stay
