Atendimento impecável, quarto espaçoso.

Cons:

O hotel não é 5 estrelas, como indicado no booking, mas sim 4 estrelas. O mobiliário é bem antigo, pede renovação. O custo benefício fica alto em razão desses fatores. O café da manhã é bom, mas poderia ser melhor.

Pros:

Best shower I’ve ever had! Lots of pillows, amazing friendly staff. Location is amazing. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Good location for walking , lots of bars and restaurants. Easy to get around , uber the best opinion . Good staff and good breakfast

Pros:

Muito confortável e com bom atendimento.

Cons:

A temática escravagista dos quadros do corredor do 6o andar contrasta com as referências à nobreza europeia e ao próprio público alvo do George V, o que gerou desconforto pelo cunho racista, onde a elite paga caro pra se hospedar enquanto vê escravos trabalhando nos quadros. Qualquer outra coisa poderia estar na parede, mas essa me parece a pior escolha possível. Sugiro trocarem os quadros para um conteúdo menos sensível.

A reserva foi desastrada. Em primeiro me confirmaram, depois me mandaram um e-mail de texto dúbio. Ligar para entender e fui informado que o bloqueio do cartão não havia sido aceito. Foi erro do hotel, pois o bloqueio foi aceito. O e-mail tem um texto horrível, ou aceita ou declina, não informar o que está acontecendo é o que há de pior em uma transação.
