Do not stay here, this place is dirty, found and old eaten apple in the couch! False advertising on the site that stated they had an indoor pool which they do NOT. They also would not refund money due to "policy". Do not waste your money.

Everything was absolutely wonderful

Room was not clean, toilet seat not bolted, yet staff was attentive to address next day

The hotel is chill and very quiet

Dark parking lot at night, not enough lights. People lurking around outside. First room assigned had a door that wouldn’t close or lock, second room smelled like mold and towels in the bathroom were damp on the shelf. Room was very outdated.

This is s terrific Staybridge location. Great staff, clean and comfortable rooms, nice breakfast and a perfect location.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Zero management, zero maintenance, zero carpet cleaning after animals peeing all over your carpet and furniture for 10 yrs. I’ve stayed at red roof inns that are way better. They have bed bugs I’ve witnessed and they put people right back in the room. The courtyard has been out for over a month, people walk out of this hotel due to disgusting rooms on a daily basis. The managements family cleans and takes care of landscaping and both are atrocious. I’ve had 4 room changes and still had pee all over the room, furnace filter covered in dirt, leaky toilets, have had to personally shut off water 3 times in customers rooms due to no maintenance people, do not trust Bukki with a thing, she double charged my business account and held up funds for over 2 weeks. She will definitely lie to your face with a smile. Her family takes care of the hotel so zero point in complaining as she is covering up their lack of cleaning and customer service. So imagine animals doing their business everywhere in your room for 10 yrs without anything but a vacuum and some air freshener. Hands down the worst hotel I’ve been in my life. Staff is definitely friendly but that’s all they have going on

What a dump. We’ve stayed here 2 years before, it was in bad shape but we heard it had been remodeled. No it it has not. Let’s start with the reservation. Made the reservation 3 weeks in advance. Was very specific, need king size bed, need walk in shower. Got the walk in shower, but the floor of the shower was caving in. The management tried to patch the floor but you still sunk down into the floor when standing in the shower. The room smelled like mold, I discovered that when I closed the windows. The bed was a double bed, not a king size. When I spoke to the management they argued with me on the size of the bed. I have a king at home I know the size of a king bed. The breakfast which was free was powdered eggs and some sausage links. No milk, no yogurt, no toast, no bagels, no fruit. We were supposed to stay for 9 days, stayed for two because we had to wait to get into Candlewood, we are at Candlewood now and it wonderful. I will finally get some sleep. Don’t go to Staybridge it’s a dump.

Much needed repairs in bathroom of our room. The door was wilted and had stains. The room wasn’t as clean as it could have been. They didn’t clean it for 2 days and had to keep asking for towels.

We were in the area for a wedding, and have had good experiences with other Staybridge Suites, but this property was very disappointing. A bright spot was the Staff. Stefan at the front desk was especially helpful, and the breakfast attendants did their best to provide a good product. Everything else about the stay was disappointing. From the poorly maintained room and old mattresses to the unclean common areas, and overgrown garden area, this property is tired and in need of major updates. Well below the standards we've been accustomed to when it comes to the Staybridge brand.

The bed and furniture were comfortable. It’s nice to have option of a soft or firm pillow. The Tv remote was missing the back cover and didn’t work that well.room had some repairs around the shower area that looked a little sloppy,

Nice roomy place. Had almost everything u need. Shower needs refill, alittle paint peel which didnt bither me, annd an old house smell but i was fine with it. Would stay again.

Stayed one night, July 31st, to attend a local wedding the next day. Next time we will stay at the one next door. We love Staybridge Suites Hotels, but this one is a no. Only one outlet on one side of the bed, pillows that are flat or go flat when you touch them, a television that was about to fall over if you turned it to far towards the bed, and the carpet smelled like a dirty vacuum bag. Breakfast was lacking. We arrived 20 minutes before it was to close and there was no yogurt, no edible oatmeal, no blueberries and no turkey sausage. When we asked, we were told they would be closing soon. Over the next 20 minutes the only thing that came out was strawberries and attitude.
