The TV is digital, it is not a smart tv. It is hard to get comfortable inside because you cannot watch movie of your choice.

Pleasant stay but small bathroom.
Pros:

The breakfast was reasonable for a typical hotel stay. It's nice to see waffle makers still available! The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

The bathroom set up wasn't ideal. It has a separate room for the toilet and shower whereby a large person wouldn't be able to easily enter/exit and the door didn't lock (though you could block it opening with your knee if you were sitting on the toilet). The sink was outside the toilet/shower room which makes the handle gross. It was workable for our family, just not great.

Cons:

The sofa bed was terrible. All you felt were the springs. When opened there was a handful of skittles on the mattress and floor.
It was very noisy!

Clean, Comfortable, Great for families! Wonderful Patio/pool/hot tub. 10-15 min to attractions.
Pros:

Cleanliness is a big deal for us and this hotel is very clean and well updated. One of their elevators stopped working one evening and by early morning they had it back up ready to go again, like it never happened. That attention to maintenance is great. The lobby was big and inviting - but also had private area if you wanted to be away from the noise. The patio area was beautiful and so relaxing. The pool was big and clean. The hot tub spacious. I loved that the pool had its own bathroom and shower area. Liked the gym equipment - updated and well maintained. They offer free use of their laundry area which was a huge help for our family. Good breakfast options with 3 waffle stations so you don't have to wait so long. They also offer an afternoon snack on some days. The Dove toiletries were great and the beds were very comfortable. Very friendly front desk. Definitely will come back. Was a great stay for our family. Close to Mall of America, Museum of Science, lake trails, and more.

Cons:

The breakfast staff was not as welcoming and were shutting things down a few minutes prior to end time of breakfast. They didn't refill certain things. One of the days the staff turned off the lights a couple of minutes prior to the end time and were there waiting behind guests to lock the juice machine. Just wasn't very inviting. Been to other hotels where the staff is inviting, greets guests, ask them if they have found everything they needed, filling everything till the last minute and asking if anyone would like anymore before putting things away. I understand people have a job they have to get done, but the staff should be welcoming and accommodating. It's clear they are hard workers. That is good, but need to remember that they also work in customer service. HOW the food is served, maintained, and offered is just as important as getting the tasks done. Management should ensure they are given enough time and compensated sufficiently to able to provide that courtesy to guests.

ALSO, I WISH they had smart tvs so we could stream from our favorite apps. The kids were confused about why we couldn't put on their favorite show. At least they had good cable, but I was looking forward to catching up on some shows at night once the kids were down and wasn't able to :/

Pros:

very good, liked that there were different options every day, not the same menu

Cons:

need bigger garbage cans for the kitchenette area, especially if you need to make food since you have a small stove and microwave

Great stay!
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. I loved that there were 4 waffle stations so there wasn't much waiting. The breakfast area was very bright and inviting. Our room was a good size and have a lovely view of a fountain.
