The space in the room was excellent for our three travellers. Everything was clean and comfortable. The shower was great, the bathroom spacious. (some other hanging areas or shelving would be helpful). The pool was AWESOME.
Personally, I like having the coffee/tea/water accessible all day as well, that was good too.
Everyone I met that worked here was so welcoming and friendly. The young gal with short brown hair that greeted us and took our info as we were checking in is hilarious and just awesome, and there was an older gentleman that checked us out that was incredibly kind, too. The art in the lobby was so beautiful, and our room was clean and efficient. Can't wait to stay here again when I come back to visit my best friend, who lives in the area.
Maybe just add a toilet paper holder in the bathroom?
The staff was amazing! Made you feel welcome from the start to the finish of our stay.
Beds were not that comfortable.
Good place on the way to Acadia park or back to Boston
The room air conditioner/heater was very loud, so we had to shut it off.

This hotel was a surprisingly great find! Conveniently located just off the highway, it has a charming, well-appointed feel with a resort-like atmosphere. The pool area and grounds are beautifully maintained,. The staff were friendly and the complimentary breakfast was excellent.
The breakfast/lounge area was cozy and full of character, featuring a fireplace and beautiful solid wood furnishings. While the room, beds, TV, and bathroom are small, it was fine for our short over night stay. The only issue we encountered was a strange drainage noise coming from the sink after it was used.
Overall, the few minor drawbacks were outweighed by the hotel's charm, amenities, and value. For the price, this was an excellent stay, and we would return the next time we're in the area.
Breakfast was good - little pastries were really tasty. The location was central. Staff was helpful. I slept well - the bed was comfortable. Families were using the pool.
I just wasn't there long enough to assess more than the things I've said.
