The lady at the desk was friendly, the room was clean.

Okay for the money.
Pros:

The hotel was clean. Rooms were spacious.

Cons:

The breakfast was bad. Cold, weird pork sausage and grainy powdered eggs. And the mattress was hard as a rock. I woke up with my back in spasms from the bed.

Cons:

We where there 1-2 hours and saw a bed bug! We took the bug down the front desk and asked for a refund. They said they couldn’t do anything since I booked with booking. We left immediately and had to pay another $200 to stay somewhere else for the night.

Pros:

The ease of check in, the polite staff, the cleanliness, and the location. I love that check out is so late as well.

We love Hampton Inn’s. This one did not match up to the usual Hampton style.
Pros:

It was clean & close to where we needed to be.

Cons:

The night staff was unfriendly & unhelpful. We couldn’t get our tv to work one night. He was no help at all just told us we would have to wait until the morning. He never smiled or anything. One day our room didn’t get cleaned. So we went to get clean towels. He never said a word, didn’t apologize or anything.
