We'll definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The breakfast was phenomenal and the setup of the rooms we were exceptional.

Cons:

Very clean accept for small things. I found a pube in the bottom of the shower and hair from another guest on the provided conditioner. Also found a brown crusty spot on the extra pillow and blanket for the pullout couch.

The water pressure in the sink was low and I needed more towels. Hand soap would be a good addition to the room.

Very nice room, slept pretty good! Would havlike firmer pillows! I wish room came with fans for noise, I forget mine, but that’s not your problem!

I was put in a handicap accessible room. I didn't care for that in the shower. Other than that, it was great!

Need better customer care.
Pros:

Saturday breakfast ended at 9 and they began rudely shutting the doors on people who were still getting food. 9am may be fine for the weekday, but very early on a weekend.

Cons:

Hotel physical was great, clean, comfortable bed. Employee customer service, not so good at breakfast or helping with my booking issues.
