Ok. Didn’t feel like a 4 star but convenient.
Pros:

Central location and reception staff were very friendly.
I’d a room at the end of the corridor that wasn’t too noisy.

Cons:

My double bed was two singles pushed together - not what I expected and not comfortable.
The carpet needs a really decent hoover.
The pillowcase had stains on it.
The room must have been cleaned though as the smell was overpowering when I opened the door.

I genuinely cannot understand why this property was so highly rated - it felt more like a Holiday Inn Express, not a 4 star - more like a Travel Lodge

Luckily I had a really really good last min deal or I’d have complained.

No parking on site. Air heater noisy outside our window 2 stories down.

Wonderful location
Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful. Very good location.

Mattress was too soft and i could feel springs into my back.
