Lovely stay, shame there were lots of building work going on near by.

Lovely, modern and clean

Cons:

The location was great, providing you’re in good condition to walk far-ish to some sights/ the train station but there are lots of taxi options. Room was great but due to building works and the bins/ laundry bins being outside the room it got quite loud earlyish in the morning.

Not recommended at all. High price for almost nothing
Pros:

The only thing is that is close to the city centre

Cons:

Small interior room. Very noisy from late to early morning. Insects in the room. For a hotel of more than £100 we should have at least two little bottles of water that we hadn’t. No fridge in the room . And the stuff nothing helpful

Just location

Cons:

Small interior extremely noisy room. Insects in the room. No fridge. For more than £100 we expect at least one bottle of water. The lift was always busy with the cleaning staff at 9:00 am when everyone is moving. Worse hotel in years.

Pros:

Great location, around the corner from the York Barbican Theatre and have been twice now and staff are very friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast is VERY expensive, especially when there's a Wetherspoons only across the road.

Pros:

The Breakfast was a very good choice, and very clean.

Cons:

The mattresses were way to soft for me, woke up with terrible back pain, apart from that, everything else was to a high standard.
