Cons:

We were a couple placed in an adjoining room although we had booked in advance. We were unable to enjoy a good night's sleep since we could hear people in the adjoining room talking loudly and for long periods of time on their mobile/ with other people (?) When reporting the situation on departure the staff member seemed "robotic" / indifferent.
