I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN!!!
Pros:

LOVED the room -big and spacious. The mini kitchen served our needs well, and while we didn't need the sleep sofa it was a very nice touch in the room. EVERYTHING WAS SOOO CLEAN!!! The hot breakfast was greatly appreciated! And again, everything was clean and spacious. PLUS you had a guest laundry area - amazing!!!

Cons:

Wish there was more than 1 elevator. We were in town for an AAU Regional track meet - tons of people in town for it. Had to wait for the elevator each time. I was on the 4th floor and I recently had knee replacement so taking the stairs was not an option. Also, the pillows could be better - they were too soft and not very comfortable. Wish you had ice machines on every floor. When we needed ice, we had to go to either the 3rd or the 1st floor - bummer! Other than that, I did enjoy my stay - and I would definitely book there again!!

I will not stay in that hotel again.
Pros:

The location was good for our purposes.

Cons:

1. The room we were assigned was TERRIBLY musty. Even spraying Lysol did not help. Why didn’t I request a room change!?? This was the second room we were assigned. The smoke detector in the room was chirping indicating the battery was draining. The phone did not work, but the front desk staff who was trying to fix the smoke detector said he would slide a card under our door with a number we could use if we needed help. Did not happen!
2. The breakfast did not look appetizing with the powdered eggs, muffins in wrappers
3. It appeared the front desk staff were unfamiliar with the software on their computers. The staff did not speak English very clearly for me ( I don’t speak any foreign languages) . 4. Upon leaving I was accused of smoking in my room. The claim was made that someone on staff knocked on my door. Did not happen & I NEVER smoke.

There are a few restaurants immediately by the hotel.

Cons:

Immediately around the hotel is ok but my GPS kept having me drive through some questionable areas around it.

Pros:

The location was great. Concerning breakfast didnt get to try it was closed before I got there. The room was average.

Bathroom tiny, impossible for 2 people to use for grooming, teeth brushing, etc at the same time. Bed frame was like upside down metal rub and made noise with any sort of movement.
