I asked for a room not on the main floor so he said it will be on top floor.
Pros:

The location was ok.

Cons:

The room was located right beside the elevator shaft. Heard everything .Worst room ever! Door for closet didn’t even shut.

Overall pleasant.
Pros:

We were in the area to go antiquing so the location is in good proximity to the 2 large antique malls we were going to. Beds were comfortable. We had a suite & the set up was nice. Nice to have a little kitchenette area. We liked that most of the floor is laminate. Wish it all was. Carpet in hotels never looks as clean as you'd like it to be. They have a breakfast included but it starts super early (6am) & ends at 9am. Since we didn't have to get up to be anywhere very early we didn't go down. It did look like a nice breakfast area tho & it appeared (saw warming trays) that they possibly have more than just a continental breakfast. Appreciate they had a coffee maker in the room as we find nowadays many hotel chains no longer do. The young man at the desk when we checked in was very pleasant & personable. (Probably spelling his name wrong (sorry) but it was Druhv I think.) The ck out person, not so much but I gave a top rating only because of Druhv.

Cons:

At first glance it looked very clean & it did smell fresh so there had been cleaning done however when you looked closely it definitely needs a good DEEP cleaning. Threshold into the bathroom seemed to have been skipped during cleaning (see pic). The toilet had a obvious slight leak as there were white stains (see pic) behind it and after a few flushes we noticed a little water in the corner by the tub before we even had used the tub. The corners in the bathroom were dirty (see pics). Curtain sheers had dirty areas. (see pics). Should be taken down periodically and bleached. The iron in our room did not work (& we tried several outlets including ones we knew that did) nor did several of the charging ports. The headboards (wood) in the right light showed prints like they are never wiped down. I didn't notice until we were leaving & the sun was shining on it but my husband said he had noticed when we arrived. Wish they were a pet friendly hotel but they are not.

Cons:

Lots of people lingering in the parking lot late at night. Towel in the bathroom was stained with what appeared to be blood. Overall not as clean as I would want. As well as a lot of commotion in the hallways.

I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN!!!
Pros:

LOVED the room -big and spacious. The mini kitchen served our needs well, and while we didn't need the sleep sofa it was a very nice touch in the room. EVERYTHING WAS SOOO CLEAN!!! The hot breakfast was greatly appreciated! And again, everything was clean and spacious. PLUS you had a guest laundry area - amazing!!!

Cons:

Wish there was more than 1 elevator. We were in town for an AAU Regional track meet - tons of people in town for it. Had to wait for the elevator each time. I was on the 4th floor and I recently had knee replacement so taking the stairs was not an option. Also, the pillows could be better - they were too soft and not very comfortable. Wish you had ice machines on every floor. When we needed ice, we had to go to either the 3rd or the 1st floor - bummer! Other than that, I did enjoy my stay - and I would definitely book there again!!
