I would stay again if I knew that we could connect to the Wifi.
Pros:

I LOVED the body wash. The room was clean. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was okay. The rate was very reasonable for a 2 night stay and the location was perfect. I thought it was very cool when I found out that they have swimming lessons there.

Cons:

My son's PlayStation wouldn't connect to the hotel's WiFi even though it recognized the hotel's WiFi and our phones would connect. I was told only certain TVs would connect. My son has Autism and being away from home was extremely hard for him and playing the game with friends is a coping mechanism so we had some rough nights. I never thought to ask for the tv to be switched out because of our overwhelming circumstances of having to be there and trying to manage it all.

Our stay was great! My grandkids want to return. I told them we would, soon.

Pros:

The outside looked nice

Cons:

As soon as you walk in it smells like mildew, the room doesn’t smell as bad but the water stains on the ceiling were pretty big, the bathroom bathtub was awful it was disgusting and the paint was peeling.

Cons:

My room had an air conditioning unit that smelled like mildew/mold. I asked to be transferred to another room. I was told that there were no rooms like mine available. The manager said I could switch rooms but I would need to pay an additional $20 plus tax per room fee because they only had larger rooms available. Considering the air conditioner was moldy and smelled awful, I think I should have been moved to another room at no additional charge. The front desk clerk agreed with me that it smelled.

Pros:

Nicely styled. Fairly clean but a slight amount of hair in the shower. Did not eat the breakfast but seemed like a basic standard breakfast when I got my coffee and a good selection of teas. Location was comfortable and near attractions.

Cons:

There was a bandaid in the pool so I didn’t swim. It was also small and there was windows everywhere with workers outside which was uncomfortable. A little bit of hair in the shower. Small gym not bad but something to consider.
