The outside looked nice
As soon as you walk in it smells like mildew, the room doesn’t smell as bad but the water stains on the ceiling were pretty big, the bathroom bathtub was awful it was disgusting and the paint was peeling.
Friendly staff, clean and remodeled rooms
My room had an air conditioning unit that smelled like mildew/mold. I asked to be transferred to another room. I was told that there were no rooms like mine available. The manager said I could switch rooms but I would need to pay an additional $20 plus tax per room fee because they only had larger rooms available. Considering the air conditioner was moldy and smelled awful, I think I should have been moved to another room at no additional charge. The front desk clerk agreed with me that it smelled.
Nicely styled. Fairly clean but a slight amount of hair in the shower. Did not eat the breakfast but seemed like a basic standard breakfast when I got my coffee and a good selection of teas. Location was comfortable and near attractions.
There was a bandaid in the pool so I didn’t swim. It was also small and there was windows everywhere with workers outside which was uncomfortable. A little bit of hair in the shower. Small gym not bad but something to consider.

Moving rooms 4 times because of faulty basic amenities like AC andTVs. Hot and humid in hallways and lobby. Smell of Marijuana in one room they were going to give us. And in hallway several times! Pool room was so hot and humid I didn't even want to swim. Very noisy due to freeway so close. Not a good experience to say the least.
Staff was friendly and laser focused on providing great customer service. Breakfast was excellent and facility was A+ with very good pricing. Will definitely be back

I was contacted by (s)he prior to me arriving advising that my card couldn’t be authorized for the room and my reservation couldn’t be secured without it. I booked through a third party and selected the option to pay at the property. Imagine my surprise getting this call while in route. I gave my card and the charge was successfully authorized. When arriving I was told that they needed to charge the cost of the room again (another $262) and $75 for incidentals AFTER which the initial charge (that wasn’t supposed to be collected yet) would be released. The room also smelled like mildew and had visibly dusty baseboards and in the shower that affected my allergies.
