I will say there was one woman working the front desk part of our stay who was helpful and friendly.
Cons:

Horribly overpriced at least for people like us. Heard complaints from other “guests” about their $39 rate through the “agency” so some of the clientele was apparently on govt assistance and it felt unsafe. My husband insisted on accompanying me everytime I left the room. Our room was in disrepair. There was a large area
That had been patched in the wall and the front desk person was irritated that my husband (who had to do some work) wouldn’t leave so they could access the room to continue the repair. The hallway and elevator were like a sauna. The bed - very uncomfortable.

I appreciate the green aspect - clean sheets and towels daily is what expected for the price paid. The decor was not relaxing or inviting. Felt like a dorm room.
