Cons:

Tv didn't work had to go down to front desk because the phone didn't work. The bathroom door looked like someone locked it in and it was repaired badly. The vending machine doesn't give you money back, but a credit.. pool wasn't even opened.

There was no breakfast to speak of.

Staff member behind the glass once you receive your magnetic key card will not tell you if you put it near your phone. It will demagnetize your key card then they will get an attitude with you because you don’t know having your key card next to your phone will do magnetized your key card to your room. When I asked for it to be fixed for the sixth time in one day, the lady behind the glass, got an attitude with me and threw my key card towards the glass at me and rolled her eyes . And the room window was very hard to lock. The window lock had been tampered with a few times . So be careful with the rooms on the first floor in the back if you are a female alone . At night, you might want to keep your window closed and locked if it locks.
