Good except loud A/C
Pros:

Clean and close to family visiting.

Cons:

The air conditioning in room was so loud. I turned it off and the fan continued. Slept off and on as the noise was so loud.

Economical. clean, affable and helpful staff.
Pros:

Access to restaurant. Okay place to have a beer and some food. Room good size, unit clean. Two night stay complemented by room service on second day. Overall, good value for money.

Cons:

Staff here are usually excellent. On this occasion, there was some delay getting checked in. Though not entirely the fault of staff. The people at counter ahead of us had some issue that slowed the process. Room carpets could use an update.

Not sure what I expected but this wasn't it.
Pros:

The room was comfortable, the breakfast was great. Good choice. We were there for 2 nights and paid over £400. Food in the evening was good in the pub type restaurant.

Cons:

The room was overlooking the pool and without double glazing the noise was horrible. Every conversation could be heard poolside and we were on the 3rd floor. The noise from the room above us was also a problem.

The parking was a bit of a mission as the restaurant is clearly used by locals. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Quick overnight stay and had what was needed

Great Pool, but Disappointing Room and Breakfast
Pros:

The hotel had a surprisingly large pool, and the water temperature was comfortable—not too cold—so we were able to enjoy it even on days when the weather wasn’t very hot. It was also very convenient that the pool was directly connected to the hotel, making it easy to go back and forth.

Cons:

The room itself looked a little dated, and there was a fairly loud water-running noise coming from the toilet every few minutes throughout the night. It was quite disruptive and made it difficult to fall asleep. Considering the price, I was disappointed with the condition of the room.

I was also disappointed with the breakfast. It took a very long time for the food to come out, and unfortunately, both the wait time and the taste of the breakfast were disappointing.

Mid experience
Pros:

Location was good for where we had to be

Cons:

First off didnt get the room we booked, when asked why they said we upgraded to a higher room with "mountain views" which was the same view from where our orginal room was. We booked a pool access room for the access to outside and pool being on the top floor didnt give us that. The biggest issue for me was when I asked I would prefer the orginal room they said it wasnt available.
Plus when in our room the fridge had a leak and the fridge had food in it from the previous guest

Not good with all the payment confusion.
Pros:

The place was clean.

Cons:

They tried to charge me $930 a second time. I already paid through Booking.com. I did the online check in which wanted my Visa number. That number was charged at 2:00 in the morning on the day I arrived. They said they would
reverse the charge. We will see?
