The best heated pool!
Pros:

Staff was extremely helpful. Pool was heated and so nice for kids

Not good with all the payment confusion.
Pros:

The place was clean.

Cons:

They tried to charge me $930 a second time. I already paid through Booking.com. I did the online check in which wanted my Visa number. That number was charged at 2:00 in the morning on the day I arrived. They said they would
reverse the charge. We will see?

Very bad.
Pros:

No breakfast was available and no transport was available from airport to hotel and back.

bed was good but didn't need a second bed. Would have preferred the extra space.

Cons:

The wifi. Was not able to connect to the wifi at all during my stay. This is a hotel issue as I have been able to connect to other wifi sites with ease.
