Missing door hanger, cleaner walks in

Room was clean. Bed comfortable.

There was no do not disturb sign. I have pain in legs from standing too much, was sleeping when someone came in room, i did not hear a knock, she did not say housekeeping.. Just walked in. Door opening woke me up. I said Hello? She said sorry and left. I don't know who walked in. I told desk man and he brought a door hanger. He left breakfast coupons for us.
I think staff should announce when entering, I might of been in shower and not hear a quiet knock. Or was asleep while she checked room.

Quick trip to YYJ
Pros:

I was located on the main floor as requested. I had a patio to the pool, but did not use it this time. The lounge service was really good. The hotel is fairly modern and the check-in experience was very efficient.

The staff just makes this place rock. I left an item behind. When I called to inquire about it, they quickly retrieved it and helped me make arrangements to have it returned.
