Nice comfortable rooms in a great location of town.
Pros:

Very nice customer service and clean amenities.

Cons:

We thought there was continental breakfast when we booked online because it explained getting free breakfast but turns out you need to read the fine print and apparently only certain rates get breakfast at their restaurant.

Very pleasant stay & will be our regular “go to” when visiting Victoria.
Pros:

Staff extremely professional.
Perfectly clean & VERY comfortable beds.
Location is perfect between Victoria & Butchart Gardens.
Attached restaurant is a very good value. Great breakfasts.

Pros:

The lobby is clean and comfortable

Cons:

Check in processing is a bit unclean, we support to get a text when the room ready before 3 pm. The front desk person is not even remember .

Pros:

The staff were amazing. We had a problem with the coffee machine and the desk staff ensured we got complimentary coffee to go.

Cons:

The coffee machine didn't work. Their internet is not secure and we couldn't get both our phones connected properly. The instructions when we went in didn't seem to match how we actually got onto the service.

Pleasant helpful staff. Quiet and comfortable.
Pros:

Clean and convenient to my needs. Bed was reasonably comfortable.

Cons:

Towels were stiff and thin. No extra blankets. Coffee maker is lousy for making tea.
One would expect just a little more for the price.

there's no safety grab bar next to the bath tub; a used bath towel was hanging behind the door; dust bunnies on the floor of the bathroom ...
