Pros:

Very quiet - was a Monday and Tuesday stay. Friendly staff. Basic hot breakfast choices. Liked the availability of citrus water at the front desk area.

Great value!
Pros:

the staff was friendly and the pool was a hit. Close to the airport and some restaurant.

Cons:

They had to shut off the water for the whole day while we were there...Didn't affect much our stay but had to be out of the room most of it because of the water issue.

A lot more work than I wanted when I only had my grandchildren for the two days.

Breakfast is ok and the location was perfect.

Cons:

I paid for a suite and the first night there was a white substance under the couch cushions, not thinking I brushed it off and pulled open the couch for my grandson to sleep on. There were springs visibly showing, it was so springy and terrible he had to sleep on it made back to the couch. I told front desk, they gave me comforters to put on it but I had to carry them up myself, no extra service there, I'm older and they were difficult to carry. they changed our room the next day but still charged me the suite price. After thinking about it and speaking to my daughter, the white substance could have been anything, even drugs. I made my worries to the front desk and he told me that housekeeping said they checked under the cushions before check in and there was nothing there. They basically called me a liar to my face. I have to need to lie about something like that, I lost a granddaughter to fentanyl two years ago and it it a scarey thing to think it could maybe have been something like that. Both mornings they texted me, Friday at 7:00 am and Saturday at 8:00 am. It is way too early to be waking people up when they are away for a couple days and having grandchildren with you they wake up instantly when they hear the ding on the phone. I was not impressed at all. Our family always stays there when we come to Calgary and it has always been good but this time it was disappointing and the charges were bothersome when they wouldn't refund the difference the second night. It wasn't our fault the room was problematic. I'm not happy about these issues.

Pros:

We had a good stay here, the staff was really nice and welcoming. this place was fire 🔥 but also smelt like it too.
No dirty woman’s underwear in the chair but please someone pick up their husband’s underwear in the parking lot.
Had a delicious meal next door at the garden of Italy. No real concerns.

I was satisfied with my stay at the Days Inn hotel. We booked three rooms—two queen rooms and one suite. While the suite was smaller than expected, it was still comfortable and well maintained. The sink being located outside the washroom was a unique layout, and we noticed that the queen rooms were actually more spacious than the suite.

The pool was pleasantly warm and perfect for kids, making it a great family-friendly feature. Breakfast offered a simple but decent selection, including sausage, eggs, toast, hash browns, and cereals. The highlight was the make-your-own pancake station, which was fun and enjoyable. Since breakfast was complimentary, it provided a convenient and satisfying start to the day.

Special thanks to Ms. Parminder, who made our breakfast experience especially satisfying with her kindness and service.

This location is near to everything we need to go.

Cons:
