Hair on the bed when we arrived but staff was great and changed our room right away.
Location only
Bed made 1 day of 4. Got towels replaced day one. Day two they recovered towels and didn’t replace. Last two days nothing
The staff were friendly
The bathroom was small, the shower knob was almost impossible to turn off once turned on, there was no cover on the dirty vent fan, electrical wires were exposed in bedroom area, room had musty smell.
Location was good for concert. The bed was comfortable.
They charged me for stay on top of bookings charge and had to work with staff multiple times to fix and still unsure if it is fixed.
The location is good. You’re by restaurants and fast foods.
Everything needs to be updated. I based my decision on reviews and not sure why it’s rated so high. My daughter (11) and I arrived a little after 10pm and she was ready for bed. I got the suite because it was only a few more dollars. But everything was so stain it felt dirty. Please see pic. The elevator is too slow. Also, I called down to the front desk and let them know there wasn’t a guide for the TV, I was told to come down. It was only to take a picture of the guide 🫠. The pullout couch mattress is super old and thin. It needs to be thrown away. The bed was ok. The cover (top) had markings and stains all over it. We took it off and put it on the floor. The tub had/has mildew stains on the tub. It just bothered me bad that I paid $134 for nothing. Please see pics. You’re only allowed 4 uploads.
Sadly, we chose this hotel because of the pet friendly policy & the indoor pool.
When we called and made the reservation, we were told it would be $35 for both dogs as long as they didn’t exceed 35 pounds.
We have a 5 lb dog & a 10 lb dog. And later charged $70, which the front desk denied adjustment.
We prepaid, but when we arrived, the hotel software was down and they could not pull up our reservation, but they gave us a room.
Now they did upgrade us from a single to a suite because they could not find our reservation.
However, the room carpeting was bad badly stained in 2 places. The Wi-Fi has been down the entire stay, no work can be done, no TV to watch… the pool is closed for repairs, and the pet playground is a small strip of grass w/ a sign that says curb your dog.
Altogether a miserable experience, will never stay in a Radisson property again!!!
Very clean room. Breakfast included. Convenient location close to restaurants.
The hot water temperature seems to exceed a "safe" temperature.
It's almost "scalding" which is dangerous for toddlers and senior citizens like myself.
One additional observation from someone who recently had double total hip replacement, there are no grab bars on the showers walls to prevent a fall. It's difficult existing the shower without something to grab.
