Pros:

sehr ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück und gutem Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Die Strassenbahn ist fussläufig erreichbar. Bis zur Dresdener Altstadt ist es aber ein Stück.

Sehr freundliches Personal, besonders am Empfang.
Prima Frühstück.
Kleine Überraschung und Hundebett für den Hund auf dem Zimmer.
Parkplatz ohne Gebühren gefunden.

Cons:

Gebühr pro Hund ist recht hoch. Es wäre schön, wenn diese vorher einsehbar wäre (so wie die Parkgebühr).

Eigentlich ein schönes Hotel mit völlig überfordertem Personal.
Cons:

Völlig überfordertes Personal beim Frühstück.
Ständig leeres Buffet, kein Wasser in der Kaffeemaschine, keine abgeräumten Tische.
Trotz zeitlicher Vorgabe, an die man sich zu halten hat, ist völliges Chaos beim Frühstück.

An der Rezeption Personal ohne Wissen über das Hotel. Kennt die Öffnungszeiten vom Restaurant nicht und gibt dazu falsche Aussagen. Fragen zum Telefon können nicht beantwortet werden, zugesagte Rechnung wird nicht per Mail gesendet.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, große Auswahl und immer frisch. Es wurde ständig nachgelegt. Sehr nettes Personal. Gute Verkehrsverbindungen durch den ÖPV. Ruhige Lage in Elbnähe. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist auch okay.
