Guter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Alles bestens, nur war es im ganzen Hotel über 30 Grad, was kaum auszuhalten war.

Terrible.
Pros:

Nothing because it was too hot to see any positive aspects of this place.

Cons:

Unbelievable that 4 star hotel had no air conditioning. It was terribly hot, even the beds were hot due to lack of any AC in the building. Hard to believe that such a big 4 star hotel doesn't care about its clients and doesn't have any ventilation or AC and lets its customers suffer.

Wir waren schon öfters dort, immer wieder gut.
Personal wie immer sehr nett, super Frühstück, gerne wieder.

Cons:

Durch die Hitze am letzten Wochenende war es unerträglich warm im Zimmer, hatten leider ein Zimmer, wo abends noch die Sonne war.
Auf Nachfrage haben wir einen Ventilator bekommen, danke an die Rezeption, so war es in der Nacht dann doch einigermaßen erträglich.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind nicht klimatisiert. Im Sommer würde ich es auf keinen Fall buchen und auch im Winter würde ich eine Alternative suchen.
Die Zimmer sind klein, in die Jahre gekommen - insbesondere das Bad. Die Duschwandtür macht es bestimmt nicht mehr lange. Zimmer zur Straße sehr laut, wenn Fenster geöffnet sind.
Leider hat der Frontdesk die Zimmerkarte nicht ordnungsgemäß eingebucht, so dass wir spätabends müde vom Ausflug nicht ins Zimmer konnten. Kann sicher passieren, aber der Nacht-Frontdesk hat erstmal Telefonate angenommen und erledigt. Er hätte durchaus dem Anrufer sagen können "einen Moment bitte" und dem Gast vor Ort Vorrang einräumen müssen, damit er (wir) ins Zimmer kommen.
Beim Einchecken wollte der Frontdesk 40 Euro mehr kassieren. Erst bei Vorlage der Buchungsbestätigung hatte er den gebuchten Preis akzeptiert.

Der Kellner im Restaurant hat uns einen Superlustigen Abend beschert! Absolut unser Highlight in Kompetenz, Freundlichkeit und Situationshumar

Die Absaugung im Bad hat nicht funktioniert, was zu einer unangenehmen Luft im Raum nach dem Klo esich geführt hat.
