Ein akkurat geführtes Hotel mit einigen Verbesserungspotentialen im Gastronomie-Bereich

Der Wellnessbereich mit Außenpool

Cons:

Die Supermarkt-Aufback-Brötchen am Frühstücksbuffet. Eine Abdeckung/Schutz ( z.B. Glasdach) der Speisen am Frühstücksbuffet hat gefehlt.

Perfektes Wochenende!
Pros:

Spa war großartig! Diese Kombi vom historischen Gebäude und modernem Spa ist fantastisch. Bad Arolsen ist bilderbuchhübsch, es gibt wunderbare Wanderwege rund um das Städtchen - insgesamt ein perfektes Wochenende!

Cons:

Die Kopfkissen könnten bequemer sein und im Spa waren alle Uhren falsch - das sind aber nur Kleinigkeiten

An sich gutes Hotel mit Potenzial nach oben

Tolle Lage am beeindruckenden Schloss. Mitarbeiter freundlich, Frühstück und Abendessen ok.

Cons:

Der Hauptgrund für uns das Hotel zu buchen war der Wellnessbereich, der leider nur sehr eingeschränkt genutzt werden konnte. Dies war im Vorfeld, wir hatten kurzfristig gebucht, nicht kommuniziert. Die Tatsache erfuhren wir erst bei Ankunft im Hotel und durch dort angebrachte Hinweisschilder. Weder auf der Homepage noch bei der Buchung gab es entsprechende Hinweise. Der Übernachtungspreis war trotz der Einschränkungen nicht reduziert, es gab auch keinerlei andere Bemühungen diese Unannehmlichkeit auszugleichen.

Die Betten waren extrem hart, so dass wir mit Rückenschmerzen aufwachten.

Die Lage, Parkplätze direkt am Hotel (allerdings kostenpflichtig), das Barockschloß, für Cafés und ein sehr gutes Restaurant fußläufig. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals.

Cons:

In einem Wellness-Hotel sollte es im Saunabereich mehr als 8 Liegeplätze im Ruheraum geben. Die Matratze meines Bettes war schon ziemlich durchgelegen.
