Für eine Nacht ok,aber mehr auch nicht
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett,das Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker und das man keine extra Parkgebühren hatte war wirklich gut. Der Ausblick vom Zimmer auf s Wasser war sehr schön und die Zimmer schön hell.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war wirklich dreckig,der Teppich hatte viele Flecken,das Badezimmer war schon eine Herausforderung,Fliesen die abfielen,die Dusche die verstopft war,die Mülleimer kaputt und die Fußboden nicht sauber. Die Gerüche waren auch sehr übel im Treppenhaus und auf den Gängen.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt total ok, alles eher basic, aber dennoch ok. Für Kurztrip total ok.
Pros:

Die Lage war toll, das Personal sehr freundlich!

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren etwas in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem die Teppichböden war sehr abgenutzt und die Dusche war defekt. Insgesamt hat das Zimmer einen sehr verwohnten Eindruckt gemacht. Aber das Bett war sehr bequem und das Zimmer war schön groß. Anmerkung: ich war im hinteren Teil des Gebäudes, denke die Zimmer nach vorne zum Wasser werden schöner sein, alleine vom Ausblick.

Es war ein guter Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und frisch zubereitet.
Das Personal ist auf alle unsere Fragen sehr freundlich und kompetent eingegangen.
Die Bettdecken waren warm und angenehm.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war zu kalt für die Jahreszeit und die Klimaanlage hat leider nicht geheizt.

Tolle Lage direkt an der Havel.
Und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Cons:

Leider...."nicht so sauber", Spinnenweben im Zimmer, der Teppich hatte einiges an ziemlich "unangenehmen Schmutz". Die Einrichtung sehr in die Jahre gekommen, das wäre jetzt nicht soo ganz schlimm gewesen... aber der Teppichboden und der "Dreck" darauf.

Tolle Lage und perfektes Frühstück für den Aufenthalt in Potsdam

Das Hotel hat eine wunderschöne Lage und war für unseren Trip durch Potsdam perfekt. Unmittelbar am Wasser mit kleiner Strandbar. Das gebuchte Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Personal war sehr super freundlich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung. Wir waren im historischen Teil des Hotels untergebracht. Die Zimmer reichen zum schlafen. Jedoch hat die Innenausstattung des Zimmers eine Mischung aus historischem Charme (Balken) und dem Versuch Möbel einer Jugendherberge ein zweites Leben zu schenken. Eine Modernisierung der Einrichtung und Anpassung an den Rest des Hotels würde den Erwartungen sicherlich gut tun.
