Pros:

The staff was great with their greeting and communication.

Cons:

Their was contruction going on on the fourth floor and the crew cut a line in the sprinkler system causing water to leak down on the other floors. The fire alarm went off and we were restricked from our rooms for an extended time frame.

Need to be reimbursed for the extra that was charged
Pros:

I had already paid in full for my room.i have a near 50 charge extra! Mold in the bathroom. Wasn’t worth what I paid.

Cons:

Visibly, the room was nice, the bathroom has mold in it. Not pleasant to the eye!

Pros:

Great location near the airport. Helpful nice staff.
Rooms fine a little bit tired and bathrooms could do with the mould being removed.
Shuttle bus service excellent and desk staff friendly and helpful

Very comfortable and not to much noise.
Pros:

Good location, I noticed airline personnel as well as law enforcement stayed there, so that in itself is a good reccomendation.

Cons:

$5 a day just to park my car there? I felt that was very nickel and dime.

Good hotel in a nice location, friendly, helpful staff.
Pros:

Nice room, comfortable bed.

Cons:

Horrible coffee pot in the room and providing free brewed coffee in the bistro would be a wonderful amenity. Also would be convenient to provide a waste bin in the actual bathroom .

Just ok.
Pros:

Needs a total renovation especially the carpets and the bathrooms in the rooms. The towels which were folded were wet when unfolded. Bathroom tub needs to be replaced or gotten rid of. Bathroom cabinet on outside was falling apart.

Pros:

Super stop over on our Blue Ridge parkway drive
Bar man was lovely Shame he cut his finger badly and had to go to ER but insisted on still serving us. (Hope he ok now).
