They charged a parking fee and breakfast was not included. Parking fee for a one night stay. That is not showing in your listing
Just like all the courtyards they have decided to nickel and dime guests with parking fees. It is what it is but 3 days after the latest snow storm the lot was not cleaned and a solid sheet of ice. DANGEROUS. Only lot not cleaned in the area. Seems like the charge goes for nothing except managements pockets. They could care less if a guest fell and broke their arm. This used to be a good property but is going downhill. They are cutting cost. Even though my room looked clean I have my doubts. Fitness equipment broken and not in good shape. Plenty of other hotels that are better and don’t charge for parking and take care of their lots.

The beds were rock hard and the temperature in the room was hard to regulate. It was either freezing or roasting
Very disappointed in the Maid service, or lack there of on my 3 day visit to this hotel. First they only give service every other day, this was fine during COVID but that is long gone and this hotel just doesn't want to offer service. Our first night we discovered all the shower bottled soaps/shampoos were empty. Okay that happens so I went to the front desk and specifically asked for them to be refilled. That didn't happen. On our second night, when we were supposed to have maid service and that didn't happen as well. So our entire visit I had to request soaps/ shampoos/ towels and NOT have my room cleaner. I was there on points as I am a loyal Marriot Titanium Elite member for life, complained to the front desk and received NOTHING from management, not a note or apology. I feel I should get half my points back as you all did a half ass job.
The room was dirty, bathroom was disgusting and the drain in the shower barely worked. Stained pillowcases and sheets. The pool was ice cold and the gym was a disappointment! I was put in a handicap room when I didn’t need or request one and the bed was super uncomfortable!
Sam was excellent. Courteous staff. Wonderful.
