Please note the spa and the indoor swimming pool and fitness room are accessible from 9 a.m to 7.15pm (except sunday until 6.15pm) except for children.
Children under 12 years old are only accepted in the spa from 5.30 pm until 7.15 pm and Sunday afternoon from 2 pm until 6.15 pm. Children are not permitted in the hammam. Access to the spa facilities is free of charge from your arrival in the room until departure 12h00. Any treatments must be booked before arrival. Massages are provided with reservation only. To use the swimming pool guests are required to wear plastic tap shoes and an appropriate swimwear. No beach shorts are permitted. Our heated outdoor swimming pool is accessible from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

L'emplacement, le confort.

Cons:

Le fait qu'il se révèle impossible pour le personnel de remettre en marche la ventilation (je dis bien la ventilation, pas la climatisation dont on comprend qu'elle ne soit pas en fonction début avril), malgré nos deux demandes. Il aura fallu attendre notre départ pour que quelqu'un appuie sur le bon bouton dans le bon local.

Amazing spa hotel to unwind and rejuvinate yourself after a busy work week.
Pros:

The rooms were comfortable and clean with towels, bathrobes, slippers, and everything you might need. The staff were friendly and kind. Breakfast was slightly limited but fresh and tasty nevertheless. The pools, hammam, and sauna were brilliant! The bus stop is right outside the property, so very easy to access. The property is close to the Dunes du Pilat, which was a pleasant surprise, and bang opposite the beach. The walk into the city centre was beautiful and took about 30 minutes, but was an easy one.

L'ensemble général est très satisfaisant. Hotel très bien situé entouré d'une forêt de pins et à proximité de la plage.

Cons:

Vraiment trop de monde au SPA puisqu'il est partagé entre la thalassothérapie et les gens de l'hôtel qui profitent du SPA.Notamment des problèmes de transat en nombre insuffisant pour poser nos affaires ou se reposer autour de la piscine intérieure.Il mériterait aussi un 2ème sauna vu le nombre de personnes...
