Staff were brill. Hotel clean and rooms spacious and lovely comfy bed highly recommend
Pros:

It was a lovely hotel and can’t wait for our next stay in November

Cons:

The lift situation! They were so slow we waiting 15/20 mins for it to come to our floor and then we were going up and down before arriving on the floor we needed. Not good if you have massive anxiety of being in a lift but going up and down the stairs was not an option for me due to health and being on 11th floor

Tesis çok büyük ve konforlu, konum olarak merkeze çok yakın diyemem. Ana hatlara tren istasyonuna ve Bullring gibi yerlere 15 dakika yürümek gerekiyor. Odam ücretsiz upgrade edildi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü. İmkanlar yeterli.

Cons:

Memnun kalmadığım iki konu var. Birincisi, temizlik çok özenliydi diyemem, lavabo kirliydi girdiğimde ve yerde halı döşeli olması temiz hissettirmiyor. İkinci konu ise gürültü. Otel tam gece mekanlarının olduğu cadde üzerinde ve gece boyu yüksek müzik sesleri geliyor. Odam arka tarafa bakmasına rağmen rahatsız ediciydi rahat uyuyamadım. Aynı sebepten dolayı gece yarısı koridorda sarhoş ve bağıran insanlar dolaşıyor ve kimse müdahale etmiyor. Otel bana güven vermedi.

Extremely pleasant and feels high end. Thank you.
Pros:

The hotel was extremely clean and was also stunning. All members of staff were polite and helpful. We had an evening meal and breakfast. All food was excellent, especially the breakfast with lots of options including an omelette chef!

Cons:

As first time visitors we didn’t feel that the car park entrance was very clearly signposted as we missed it and then had to do a loop due to one way streets. However if we stay again at least we will know for next time.

Great location ……. Opposite Brindley Place and the Utilita Arena . £5 in an Uber to the Bullring, Digbeth etc
Clean and comfortable .

Cons:

There was an altercation between staff and a guest at breakfast. The management could have dealt with it much better
