Good and comfortable and in good location but attention to details lacking and some toilets really not clean
Pros:

It was a good room

Cons:

You had to ask for facilities such as coffee and tea to be refilled every day which the room service/ cleaning service didn’t always do

Also when I needed to change clothes when I picked up my suitcase after 4 days in the hotel I was directed to a very dirty toilet for the disabled at absolutely did not live up to the standard one expects from Leonardo Hotels

The overnight stay was very nice , just a couple of issues with the heating
Pros:

It was very near to where I was performing so within walking distance. The room was very nice although the temperature control was very confusing, so consequently we had a cold roof for quite a while until a colleague sorted it for us

Cons:

The lift lobby is extremely cold to the point people were shivering !

A comfortable, well‑located hotel with friendly staff, though the building and rooms feel tired and
Pros:

The room itself was a good size and the bed was very comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. The staff at reception were friendly and welcoming on arrival. The location is handy and easy to find, and it was reassuring to see that the hotel is currently undergoing renovation — hopefully these updates will address some of the areas that need attention.

Cons:

The location wasn’t really to my taste, as the hotel sits on the busiest party street, which made it less relaxing than I’d hoped. The property itself is looking quite tired — both the room and the communal areas could use some attention.
The TV in my room didn’t work. It wasn’t a major issue for me personally, but others might find that disappointing.
The bathroom also felt worn, with a broken tile in the shower area and visible water damage on the bathroom door. Overall, the hotel could benefit from some maintenance and refurbishment.
