Great Hotel in great location
Pros:

Stayed for two nights as we were attending the utilita arena. The hotel is absolutely lovely and was perfectly placed in the city centre and about 6 minutes walk to the arena . Staff were attentive , check in quick and easy. We stayed in an exclusive room on the 15th floor. The room was large with king size bed and lovely powerful shower. We views of the canal from our window . Hotel bar was centrally placed with lots of lovely sitting areas and a great choice of drinks. I would highly recommend the hotel and will definitely stay again if coming to Birmingham

Pros:

I've stayed here numerous times simply for the level of comfort, value and location. I live in Birmingham but myself and my boyfriend like to stay here as it's right on Broad Street and so easy to just walk out and have access to everything. We ate at Qavali restaurant opposite the hotel (highly recommend) or there's a Wetherspoons pub literally a minute's walk away.

Despite the location, I've always had a peaceful night's sleep, the beds are a good size and very comfy. Complimentary tea, coffee, bottled water and biscuits with a fridge in the room. Staff are professional but very friendly and helpful. It's the little details that keep me coming back, I wouldn't stay anywhere else in central Birmingham.

Cons:

One of the lifts has been out of service for quite a while now although there are still 3 other working lifts, it can take a while for a lift especially if it's a weekend or if there's a big event nearby (Utilita Arena) and the hotel is busy.

A lovely experience for a first time stay in Birmingham
Pros:

On entering the hotel, I immediately loved the whole vibe of the place. It felt so relaxed . The rooms were excellently furnished and modern. Beds were comfortable. The staff were a credit to the hotel- nothing too much trouble. Good access to public transport into city centre.

Cons:

There was actually nothing to dislike.

Ideal location, shame about the noisy lifts
Pros:

We liked the hotel and its location, close to restaurants and the Utilita stadium

Cons:

Our room was disrupted by the constant noise of the nearby lifts, for the price we paid this wasn’t acceptable
