A place to stay for the evening that was unremarkable.
Pros:

The bedroom and facilities within the room were good.

Cons:

We were ‘upgraded’ to a room at the front of the property and the noise from the street and nightclubs below made for an unpleasant stay. The queues at the bar and breakfast were chaotic and the security on the door on a Friday night to re enter the hotel told you everything you needed to know about the clientele!

Staff are very helpful and the property is spotless.
Pros:

I love the location. I also love the size of the twin beds. The rooms are spotless and the shower is powerful. Complimentary disabled parking.

Cons:

Not being able to reserve a disabled car park space and it being a very long walk with my disability. Also the lifts take a very long time.

Location was perfect, room was clean and facilities excellent
Lovely to be greeted by a glass of prosecco and snacks, nice touch!
Breakfast was really good, lots of options, full English, cereals, porridge, pastries and granola pots and fruit.
Would 100% recommend and would definitely stay again 😊

Excellent location. Free upgrade.. check in was easy and quick. Room clean. Shower was great and powerful... bed comfortable we slept really well.. breakfast was really nice.. plenty of choice...I had an omelette which was amazing

Netjes, comfortabel, compleet hotel.
Pros:

Locatie was perfect voor ons. Plek waar concert plaatsvond was op 8 minuten lopen.
Grote kamer was erg prettig. Schoon en comfortabel.

Cons:

De liften. Wij zaten op de 16e vloer. De nacht van het concert zaten we met 2 stellen vast in de lift. Meerdere malen op alarm gedrukt. Geen reactie. Telefonisch contact met receptie en uiteindelijk bevrijd. Mijn dochter durfde de lift niet meer in. We zijn wel netjes te woord gestaan en ze hebben echt gezocht naar een manier om ons tegemoet te komen.
