Very good hotel.
Pros:

Very nice hotel. Very clean. Lovely bathroom. A couple more hooks for towels/ clothes would have been useful. Choice of pillows. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good. Ideal location for Utilita Arena. We have been to the All England Badminton the last 4 years and stayed at different hotels each time This was the best so far. Will return.

Cons:

Noise from the night club, but beyond hotel's control! Slightly musty smell in the room on entry.

Pros:

Hotel is in great location, close to museums, galleries, eateries and shopping. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice (omelettes a big hit). We had an early evening meal for a group of 16 which was also excellent. All staff we met were courteous and most helpful.

Location was great, lots of restaurants and bars to walk to.
Room was really clean and comfortable.
Good selection to teas and coffees
Didn't use the gym but would have done if I had a bit more time.

The location, the facilities in the hotel. The staff at the front desk were very receptive and accommodating.

Cons:

The breakfast could do with an uplift, not the best for a hotel of this standard. The price for parking was too high. The air conditioning in the room did not work, which made it uncomfortable as there were no windows

Really enjoyed my stay, staff were lovely, being able to leave our bags after checkouts invaluable.
The breakfast was exceptional, just fabulous.
Had dinner which was really good also.

Walls are thin can hear lots of noise
Cons:

The walls in the room are thin. Could constantly hear noise from the corridor and neighbours - unable to get good sleep.
