Good hotel, poor service and breakfast.
Pros:

The location is great, near the canal with loads of pubs and restaurants nearby. Close to the centre of town with shops etc.
The bedroom was a good size with a nice modern bathroom.

Cons:

The breakfast was awful! We went at half 8, breakfast was on until 10am. There was very little left and what was available was cold or congealed and quite unappetising.
The tables around us were filthy. Staff came to clean them but simply brushed the food onto the floor around us. They then proceeded to wipe the tables with a dirty cloth and then place cutlery down without washing their hands. The coffee machines didn’t work either, it was just brown water.
