HOTEL IS CLOSED. Booked our stay mid-November thru Expedia. Had stayed at this location last January with no issues. So I didnt need to do any research.
Pulled in on New Years Eve to find notices on the door the building inspector and dept of health stating hotel eas closed IN MAY, 2024. Not fit for humans.
Never received any email from Expedia stating it was closed. Called the hotel number. No message stating its closed.
We ended up one exit down at the Drury. Very nice, comfortable, staff very friendly. Our 4 night stay ended up costing us over $200 more than planned.

Hotels.com booked us at this hotel that was closed for renovations. We were never able to enter the hotel due to it being closed. No one was able to assist me with this issue ie hotel or Hotels.com. Very frustrating!

Pricing was $87/night before taxes and fees.

It wasn't until we arrive at the hotel to claim our reservation that we were informed that the establishment had been closed down by the city. I feel that someone should have reached out to us to let us know of the situation so that other arrangements could have been made sooner.

After two days, I was supposed to be there for one week we all put out because of a gas leak and I was on return $200 should’ve been more than that because it was Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday and then Saturday I was supposed to brush for and they didn’t do so now I will not be normal

Bugs: nats spiders ticks. Roll bed was nothing but springs. Jet tub, jets dirty. Tv broke, they did replace with 1980s tv.charged me for another day & checked out early. Terrible! Worse stay ever!
