The food was bad
Pros:

The service was amazing the people and the room. But when I got up to eat breakfast I ate a couple bites of eggs and I felt very sick I went back up to my room and I threw up to where I there I was crying. Also why do you have every door locked to where you have to use your key card at every door even tho the doors are 2 feet’s apart and there’s another lock.

What a beautiful hotel, located in the heart of the city!
Pros:

The afternoon "kickback" in the mezzanine, complete with a free buffet dinner and 3 free cocktails was a wonderful touch! Also had dinner at the restaurant, AVI Seabar & Chophouse, and it was absolutely incredible!! Decor was lovely, and staff was very nice!!

Exceptional value for the quality of the room
Pros:

I was very nervous about the hotel because the price was so good, but I was pleasantly surprised by the room as well as the lobby area. Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast but there were ample selections and the food was fresh.

Cons:

Getting luggage to the room was challenging for me. The parking garage was across the street but did have a nice walkway. It would have been very helpful to have some luggage carts in the garage.

Also. I sent four messages through the booking.com app and they never responded. I got so nervous about them ghosting my messages that I called the 800 number listed on booking to speak to them and that number did not work. I finally called directly and confirmed my reservations and was able to ask my questions. Staff was training the new person when I checked in and the trainee was friendly but the trainer never smiled, never welcomed me, or made direct eye contact so that was weird. But overall the stay was nice and I would stay here again

Exceeded our expectations! Clean and beautiful!
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful! The architecture was stunning and they kept the charm of the hotel from when it was built. Check in was very smooth, front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Room was absolutely sparking clean! The pool and hot tub were clean and ready for us to relax in! Parking was in the parking garage across the street but had a sky bridge to access the hotel without being outside for longer than necessary.
The resturant AVI was absolutely amazing! Some of the BEST food I have ever eaten! So delicious! The hotel was conveniently located and was so beautiful at night! I have never felt mlre secure staying at a hotel before.

Cons:

Check in was at 3 but we didn't get to our room until after 4 but they comped our parking while we were staying there. The lobby had lots of wonderful places to sit and wait.

The building is beautiful, the staff are amazing, the rooms are clean and comfortable, happy hour and breakfast are excellent. Cannot rate the Drury high enough. It is wonderful.
